Good Morning Sarah! I couldn't log in again yesterday - so frustrating!!! I was reading journals and wanting to comment and couldn't!! grrrr

Nice workout yesterday - your getting so fast on the treadmill!
My house is pretty messy too and could use a good cleaning but I just don't seem to care like I normally do - I would rather sleep in and go to bed early. I can't for the sun to come up earlier and go down later - always gives me more energy when the sun is out.

But I have lots of fruit and I LOOOOVE fruit so that won't be going to waste.
You're so funny!! Did you try a dip before throwing it all away? I know how much you love you cream cheese... "Philly" makes a great light garden veggie spread that goes great with raw veggies. There are also a few yogart salad dressings that are pretty good too. I give them to the girls to change things up a bit. Don't give up so quickly, the benefits greatly outweight the challenges!!
that's for snacking last night!! Come on let's have a great week next week - don't give up - you can do it - you just have to be dedicated which you are and stay consistent - I know I shouldn't be giving this advise but really just one day at a time! We can do this - we did do it and we can do it again! I really like what you said yesterday in my journal about 98% good and 2% bad - you were just part of the 2% yesterday! Make sure to get back in to the 98% today! Have fun tonight with your friends - I miss uni when I hear about fun things like that! I was such a party animal! Which is also how I got up to 224 pounds!! It's that easy! 
I did really good yesterday too up until the night time! I have been eating good so far today, but tonight I'm going out to drink with my friends so I know that the calories are going to be way over. Tomorrow I will eat healthy and drink lots of water, so maybe Saturday's weigh in will go alright. But I realized today that I'm not sure that I'm going to or even WANT to lose weight before spring break... I'm more worried about toning up right now and getting in better shape now that I have a better frame to work with. I'm still going to count calories as usual and eat good when I can... if I lose weight, I'll lose it. But if I don't, it's alright. Right now I think I'm okay with maintaining. But I'm all about getting these good workouts in so don't worry I'm gonna work my butt just as hard still
