glad to see your doing great as always!
thanks for stopping by my diary, yep i feel really good about having done 60mins on the elliptical yesterday (of course i do it at really low resistance and a slow pace since i'm just starting on it, but it still keeps the heart rate up which is great! and i think my body is responding positively to it because it's a new machine i'm doing as of this week).
which brings me to my next question...the dreaded AMT machine which you are the queen of (65 mins my goodness!).
question 1) now, i wanted to ask, you know how the AMT has two motion settings, i wanted to know if you use it as the stepper/stair climber option or similar to the elliptical option where its like your running in the air kinda motion? the few times i tried it i tried the stepper motion and could only do upto 1min 20secs (which used to really get me down so i gave up on the machine altogether). i never bothered trying it as the elliptical motion ....but now that i've started using the elliptical machine i'm wondering if i should try attempting to use the AMT in that way as well.
okay as you can tell i'm horrible at describing stuff but i hope you get my question?
question 2) which do you find easier the elliptical or the AMT?
my apologies for bombarding you with the questions...i just feel like the AMT laughs at me everytime i look at it lol!
