I had a day of temptation!
After brunch, we hung around the house for a couple of hours, then Bob, Megan and I headed down to Laguna Beach for a little while. After a walk around the tide pools, we went to a coffee house...I ordered a vanilla caramel java blended ice frappacino with whip cream and drizzled caramel.
I took a grand total of two sips and gave the rest to Megan! We walked around a bit, and then headed to Ruby's Diner (Hamburger & Shake Joint)!
I ordered a salad and ate half of it (NO SHAKE!) I came home and found out the salad had 917 calories!!! Then, I started doing the math...
It did not have the avocado on it that was factored into the calories, so less 145 for a total of 772 - and I only ate half of it - 386 calories! Not nearly as bad as it could have been

Did I mention I didn't have a shake?

I did have 5 french fries - and did not calculate them into my daily total, I also didn't calculate the two sips of the frappacino - I have no idea how to do the math on those two.
So...the "damage" for today is:

I'm not sure how I got so low on the carbs!
