ok now, this is pretty serious stuff. i found a study published on an mit website on the number of calories burned by various *shall we say amorous* activities (not for the faint of heart):

HAHAHAHAHAA, oh i love it!
I did notice fitday having 'sex' but it burned so few calories and also knowing my family read my fitday journal i decided not to log against it.
Thats just the funnest thing :D
 
I'm back from my walk :D

5 miles in 70 minutes (14 minute miles), still trying to go faster!

I'm going to need help figuring out my calories for tonight...
Appetizers was easy (I brought them) 250 calories

A woman from India made some sort of chicken curry. I had a smallish ladel (1/2 C?) with very little sauce.
About 1/2 C of some type of basmati rice
One sliver (and I do mean sliver) of German Chocolate Cake
8 pistachios
2 tostio "scoops" with salsa
1 Salad, about a Cup of lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped bacon, pine nuts and a drizzling of home made ranch dressing (it was actually 2 salads - I went back for seconds, but it was about 1/2 C lettuce each time).

NO WINE!!!
I drank one Propel, 25 calories - I didn't count it in the daily water total though.

I drank 151.8 oz of water today!

If anyone has a clue how to figure calories when you don't know what's in it, I would really appreciate it :D
 
check there are a bunch of generic curries. I think basicly a creamy curry (butter chicken etc) is about 500cal per cup and non creamy about 250-300cal per cup (thats for chicken ones).
I eat curry a lot lol :D
Basmati rice is same as any other for calories.
