Thanks OHD,
I needed to read that today :)

I've eaten well today, but I so need to figure out what I need to eat regularly to get my fiber up, and as much fat as I had over the weekend, I still cracked open an avocado today to go with my tuna. It seems I must really need some "good" fat today - it's almost a craving.

I also *finally* broke down and bought some multi vitamins - I've been out for a LONG time!

LOL! Well, we do offer bananas, apples, veggie bowls, terryaki chicken rice bowls - but, well, the breakfasts will do me in every time! We choose not to sell too much in the way of candy and we don't serve nachos - but we do sell hot dogs and hamburgers and quesedillas

What the???? That's a gourmet snack bar!

Aw...OHD you were 10 seconds to short on your 15 seconds of fame? So sad.

M2M: I haven't talked to you in about a week....How are you doing?

Hey Debi, what's your latest take on your injury ? you see a doc ?? self-treatment ?? X amount of days you think you'll be down ??

just pickin' your mind...

I feel for ya, just know that.

I'm doing better Kaitie - I just needed to get my head on straight after Halloween and Megan's swim meet - but it's all good :) I had my book club meeting last night and did really well, I had two salads that I knew the calorie content of, drank only water and didn't have any of the deserts or chocolate - I knew after that I was BACK on track!

Thanks Randy - it's tough being on the sidelines. My feet ARE getting better, I don't limp at night and I'm able to stand up in the morning without screaming ;) I'm hoping to be back in the saddle by next Monday.

just thinkin about ya debi and wanted to say hi.

Hey Patty,
Thanks for stopping by :D

Heya's M2m, Hope your day went well! Have a
good 1

I hope you have a good one too Tammy!

Dont really have anything to say :):)<3<3<3:):)Hope your week is going well!!!

You say so much even when you don't have anything to say TLA - you brighten the face of this diary :D Thanks for stopping in!

Sooo...I've been worried about Bob - he's been having episodes of dizziness, vertigo and I think we've boiled it down to a nutritional imbalance that has effected his blood sugar & blood pressure.

Bob binges...pure and simple. I just found out that in the week before Halloween he stopped at Costco and bought a bag of candy (you can only imagine how much candy that was), he ate it all in secret - not to mention a lot of the left over candy we had from Halloween. He'll go all day without eating, the stop at Jack In The Crack and pick up an Ultimate Cheeseburger and large shake and eat on the way home (did that 4 times last week), then eat 4 avocados in one sitting and drink almost 2 gallons of juice a week (at least 1.5)...

He's now officially on the band wagon with me to healthier eating. This scared him straight. He's always been very supportive of me and what I'm doing, but he never wanted me to "push my new found religion on him"

I think he finally woke up too...not for weightloss, but for health.
What a relief

Oh, and I officially bought a size 14 yesterday. One of the dads from the swim team came up to me last week and yanked all the excess fabric together from the back of my pants - he said if I didn't go shopping soon the next time he did that the pants were coming down

'Tis time to go shopping!

Thanks Randy - I haven't been here since late 1990! We've talked about this before, I still look in the mirror and see bigness, but when the pants say 14 and not 20 or 22 I know that a good amount of the fat is gone. I do wonder if I will ever see myself as thin when I reach my goal, or just see myself as a fat person hiding in a thin body ;)

Way to go M2M!!!!!!!!!!!!!That is the most awesome and best feeling
to fit into a smaller size! 14 thats great did ya hold them up to your
22's and compare it's almost hard to believe and that motivates ya
to fitting in the 11/12's:) Congrats again ,Tammy

I am glad - it's been bothering me for awhile - I mean just his juice consumption is obsessive. It's really not a weight issue, he's 6'0", 215 pounds, could stand to lose some, but what he does to his insulin levels just boggles my mind.

Thanks Tammy! I am *so* motivated to get into a 12 - I haven't been there since 1982! The 14 I bought was a long denim skirt, I have a size 20 denim skirt that I'll hold it up to for comparrison - that oughta be fun :D
