Is this right?

Ok, I'm 5'11 152lbs trying to put some muscle on. I'm looking more for strength rather than bulk. I have a protein shake 2 scoops = 36g protein.

I intake about 120g of protein a day.

I was wondering..
A: Should I be drinking 2 scoops of that protein 1 time a day or multiple?

and

B: Should I be doing bench on all my workout days..Wed, Fri, Sunday? or just on 1 of those days?

Thanks for the help in advance

5'11 152lbs and you don't want to put on bulk? You could probaby put an easy 25lbs of muscle and still not look 'bulky' in the least.

I'd bump the protein to 155 grams a day(made up of good food and supplemented with whey protein).

Spread your intake to 5-6 meals a day. Don't do two scoops at once.

As far as benching goes, I do it about every 5 days. You'll get a million answers on this one.

Yeah, use only pure whey powder, none of this junk with creatine, carbs or anything added to it. If your having a protien shake, its should just be pure whey powder.

2nd, use more milk. the more milk you have with it the better it tastes.

remember that its called a suppliment not a sustitute. Try your best to get all your protien from healthy foods.

What kind did you get. The whey produced nowadays is real easy to drink. I use Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex. I've tried the Rocky Road and the Chocolate flavor. I think they both taste great.

I did try Myoplex Plus the other day, now THAT was NASTY. Try to envision chocolate mixed with sulphur.:(
