I'm back walking now. (smoke cleared up or the wind changed, I dont know I stoped following the news):D
 
hey M just dropping in to say Howdy and have a swell day girl, I always think of you when i go walking and think "geesh my time really does suck".......but it is getting better and a tad faster as well!!!!!!!!:D ;) later on ....STAR

Sorry I haven't been around lately but I have been in the solitude under my big old rock lol. It's hard to keep people motivated when you cant motivate yourself lol. Hope the training is still going well. Me I backslid about 5 pounds but once you start counting calories you still never let yourself go all the way back to your old self lol....... I guess even a bout of depression cant take you back that far. Well I'll talk to you soon

isn't it amazing how dirty our theads can get without our doing? The forum has become a haven for dirty thoughts!

Ahhh...but it's pretty bad when the thought process goes something like this...

"Hmmm...if I only get up and go for a walk, I'll burn 7-800 calories...."

But then FGT's voice (or at least the voice I've given him in my head) comes to me, "if you're too tired for a quickie, you're working out too hard"

So I guess I'll get my exercise where I can and just eat less today ;)

It was so cold rainy last week I hardly got out much to walk
and I felt bad about it to!I hope the weather is better fires are out soon
so you can get out and enjoy your walk! Tammy:)
 
Hi M2M, Thanks for all the encouragement! I walked 2.62 miles and I felt like a hero! But you my dear, Kick some serious booty on the walking! I'm jealous:p Have a great evening :)

We're in the process of working our way back up to the 80's, this weather is SO unpredictable - but the fires are contained, we haven't had smoke in several days and all is well here! :)

That is TERIFFIC Kdel!! You ARE a hero - you're not sitting on the couch, you're out there walking :D And 2.62 is NOTHING to sneeze at!
