I wasn't missing too long! I did get an extra walk in last night, but only 3.5 miles (in 43 minutes).

My calories and overall food choices were much better - a bit low, but considering all that "cycling up" I'm fine with a little cycling down ;)

CARBS 116 Goal 159 - 286
FAT 24 Goal 21 - 68
PROTEIN 44 Goal 35 - 154
Sodium 1,825 Goal 1200 - 2400
Fiber 15 Goal 25 - 35

I'm not all that motivated this morning to walk - if I'm going to go - I need to get off my butt soon ;)

I did 4 miles yesterday at 15 minutes per mile! Boooy does my butt hurt this morning!! You must have buns of steel girl!! :D
 
I got my walk in, 5 miles in 62 minutes :D AND...I'm down 3 pounds! Maybe there IS something to be said for cycling those calories ;)

I'm out of here for today, I'll catch up tonight!
 
Dang!!! 5 miles in 62 minutes! You were booking it around there. I did 4 miles in 60 and my butt was aching...LITERALLY! I'll see if I can shave any off my time...you're my inspiration!

3 lbs, fantastic. Everyone seems to be doing so well this week... I weigh in tomorrow:eek: I think muscle is going to be makin' me heavier... my hypothisis anyways.

Keep up the great work m2m... if cycling works for ya, by all means do whatcha gots ta do :D

Thanks for all the positive comments - I did feel pretty great this morning when I got on that scale!

And speaking of which, I am in SUCH a snacky mood right now that I need to be done and post my calories for the day...
