Mrs. B, thanks - I was wondering about the ticker and when to move it!
As for the timing, I got home late Thursday night and was up to 227 (from 218 on Monday), Friday morning I was at 225, Saturday morning I was at 222 and this morning I'm at 221. I figured since I moved my ticker last Monday, I'll move it again this Monday, up if needed...
I definitely know now, that too much alcohol weakens the resolve

And I'm staying away from salty foods!
I have never watched what sodium did to my body before - and it is UGLY! The happy hour snacking included lots of dipping action, crackers with cream cheese & raspberry chipolte (my favorite), chips and a creamy salsa and on the way home, Meg and I shared a half a bag of Doritos...I know, I know
In the past we would have eaten a whole bag each way...I threw away the remaining half of the bag when I got home.
I also had (over the course of Mon, Tues & Wed - I didn't drink on Thursday) a total of 5 beers, 1/2 bottle of wine, 2 margaritas, 1 Bahama Mama (vodka & fruit drink) and I think that's all

There's no doubt I had a few extra calories then planned!
