Hi Sillygirl - It takes me 1 hour to walk 3.5 miles. I don't know what my "target heart rate" is supposed to be, (I know, I know, I could go find out)

and I don't know how long it's supposed to take, but that's what it takes me. I feel like I'm walking fairly briskly and I come home drenched in sweat
As for those who aren't eating enough, I'm right there with ya - it's just so important to feed this body well. I know that my weight gain came from not eating enough calories followed with eating too much because my body was starving - then the body was in conservation mode - whereas now, I really want this body of mine to BURN those calories, not store them
