You are doing so well by yourself!:D

Oh thanks Mechelle, but I can definitely see where there's room for improvment :)

You are doing so great!! You are great example of how the good work pays off!!

Thanks Wachee!

I second that comment!

And SunnyDee
(I hope you both have a good day!)

STAR:D

Hey Girl - I hope you have a kicken' day too!!

but I can definitely see where there's room for improvment :)

Small steps Debi. What you're doing so far is working nicely. I know you wanna step it up and I'm all for it, I just hope it happens in increments of your own design.

I'm not always convinced what works for one will work for the other.

Tis true T2 (that actually has a good ring to it)...

As with all things I do, I'll check it out and see how it works for me :D
You getting a walk in?

You ar doing super and have such a nice personality! sometimes makes you actually want to meet the peopl at the other end of the computer!:D You have a great day M!!:)

Hi Guys :)

Jenny, I hope you have a good day too and glad to hear you got to sleep in :)

Mechelle, thank you - it does make you want to meet everyone (aren't we supposed to have a camp out in Santa Barbara???) :)

I'm in from my walk - 4 miles in 44:58 plus my park bench exercises until further notice ;)

::cries::

i get back from the gym feeling all good abouot my 17:30 minute miles (a big freakin' 2.5 files) and you kick my ass every time... :(

I'm gonna hafta trip you with my walker or something...

awesome times by the way :D

Way to go on that walking!!I can't wait to get back\out doors and start walking it's been like 2-3 days with no hopes of
warmth and snow melting, !
Keep up the awesome work,Tammy

Good Grief Woman - there's no crying in my diary - cuz I don't OWN a mop!

And when I started, I was walking *20* minute miles and begging myself to GO Home!

And don't think my cane can't out distance your walker - I've got some LONG arms!

*20* minute mile and begging to go home. . .hmm this seems very familiar. . .

It's so reassuring to know that if 20 min/mile is my best right now that it is a start. And with some dedication, I could be cracking out a 10 min miles.

*watching the snow POURING down* I want to go outside too :(
