Ok, I'm back from getting a manicure (it goes with the princess image)

Time enough to get something to eat, then back out to get M to swim practice - JOY!

yeah.... actually my day was pretty darn good!!!!
I can almost see wonderland and it has me all giddy!!!!
how was the walking over there, I hit the treadmill on incline and fatburn speed for 45min, for the first time.....yowza killer man!!!!
