Yeah, I have to admit I've stocked up on paper plates to have fewer dishes to do sometimes. I have those tiny paper plates, bigger ones, and the hefty divided ones....

Cloth napkins though. What a nice touch to introduce on maybe Sunday Dinner....with real plates of course.

Hope you made it through your urge to snack last night. I'm sure you did.
 
Well, I was just kind of grazey all day, and hungry when I got home - I'm starting to fall back into my old habits of snacking while FIXING dinner so that means I'm not eating enough calories during the day.

I also looked at the calendar this morning - let's just say I'm not surprised I'm in a snacky mood ;)
 
There's something to be said for paper napkins - one less load of laundry!

Napkins??? thats what jeans and teeshirt sleeves are for.;)
I do my laundry on Sat. (today) an i usually have about 8 loads and as you probally guessed i just seperate it into whites. reds and everythig else:D !!

I was flipping back through the early pages of your diary, and this jumped out at me...
It took me 16 YEARS to go from 185 to 257 pounds - that's only 4.5 pounds a *year* and I took off 3 pounds last week. That's almost a year's worth of weight gain, lost, in a week!

I can't believe that in 5.5 months of doing this, that never crossed my mind.
 
Hi Deb! I'm glad to see your still going strong despite the munchies. I've found that it helps to just throw everything munchie-like in the trash. Then I don't have temptation. And when I do feel like munching like crazy I just go to bed.

Hi Everyone :)

Just got back in from my walk - 7.04 miles in 1:25.15, I'm still only walking 12 minute miles - it seems with this new gravel path I've been walking on, I just can't get the speed up. When I was walking the sidewalk trails, I was averaging 10-11 minute miles when I wasn't jogging.

Anyhoo...off for a shower and then to do the grocery shopping for my MIL

WOW your really kick major azz when it comes to
walking.I don't think I have ever walked 7 miles unless you caount the
few times I went to the zoo may have totaled that lol.I think it takes
me 17-20 min for a mile geeesh I have these short stubby leggs that just
won't go any faster lol!!

OK - I just finished _The Thirteenth Tale_ by Diane Setterfield, this is GOOD, especially coming as her debut novel.
 
Sometimes felici - but not generally. The munchies for me are pretty rare - and when it hits, it's wicked ;)

Well, I got the munchies again tonight (WHEre IS TOM?) so I took your advise from last night Wishes, and popped up some pop corn - I'm not sure how much I had - popped one bag, and all 3 of us had some. I'm thinking at leas another 60 calories to be added to the daily line up :)
 
Oh, I've flossed and brushed twice since last nights popcorn tirade, and I STILL have kernals attached to my teeth!

Now I remember why I don't eat it often!

OK, I'll be going for my walk in a bit, then I have to figure out what to fix for dinner today (my MIL comes over on Sunday for dinner & games). Then off to the grocery store for her then to pick her up.

If anyone has any suggestions for a nice dinner, let me know - I'm stumped today as to what to fix!

Well i'm havin broiled chicken with cottage cheese, green beans and skim milk with sugar freejello for desert!!!!
have a good sunday M you are doing so well.......and you know i do bettr when i post my food and stuff too......more accountablity and it makes you realy look at it and think about it!!!!
