Mmmm, chocolate! I hate having my period, but I love chocolate! Thanks so much for remembering about my school crisis. You're the best! And doing so well!

Girls, this challenge is awesome! I've lost 4 pounds since Monday. (Had my weigh in last night.) It really has motivated me! Last week's materials were focusing on eating more fruits and veggies. This week the goal is to eat more whole grains. Nothing really new in the materials, but it is nice to read everything again and re-focus!
Yesterday's dinner and beyond!
skillet meatloaf
mashed potatoes
green beans
corn
2 strawberry dacquiris (can I count that as a fruit serving?)
baked chips

Thanks for all your support, Girls!
Totallyscrappy

Go girl with your 4lbs lost! Whoo hoo! You're doing amazing. Good job!! I loved that you wanted to count the dacquiris as fruit. I don't see why not! They do have fruit blended in them. haha

Keep up the good work Girlfriend!

Thanks, girls. I'm still grinning about counting my drinks as fruit!
No drinks tonight. I've been busy putting the last of the Christmas decorations into the garage. I also spent oodles of time rearranging the playroom section of our living room. We have a very large "great room." The front part of the room (from where the foyer/hall opens up) is kinda the kids toy area. (The back of our sectional does a great job of separating the room.) Well, David got a Star Wars tent for Christmas and the best place to put it was behind the sectional. It really is cool, but I'm not certain if it is cool enough to be the first thing you see when you look into my house. Yeah, I guess it is that cool. *shrug*

oatmeal, pecans, cranberries, br. sugar and milk
oj
chai latte
1/3 skillet meatloaf
mashed potatoes
green beans
broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and dip
cheese stick and lite wheat crackers
diet pepsi
light beef hot dog and whole wheat bun (mustard)
baked beans
baked cheddar and sour cream chips
wwatchers carrot cake

Still have work to do to get ready for my company! I'll be busy a little bit more tonight. Hope everyone is enjoying thier weekend.

Just checking in while the family is here visiting...
Okay, I've broken almost every rule while the company is here (Black Forest cake for dessert- bet Weight Watchers isn't making an 80 calorie version of that!), but I'm having a good time and it isn't totally no holds barred! I did go to the park yesterday with all 6 of the children, so I worked a bit there!
We're off to the "big city" today to do some mall shopping and a lunch at Chuck E Cheese.
Totallyscrappy

We should write to WW about getting more fun desserts! There's nothing I like more than finding new diet desserts to try.

Black Forest cake! Mmmm It really is tough to try to focus on your diet when you have company, especially when everyone's hungry. Sounds like you are doing great though. You can always work it a little harder once company goes back home. Have fun at Chuck e cheese. What is the "big city"?? lol
