Fuunky,
When I lived in the Orlando area I rarely went to WalMart and when I did it was always sooooo crowded and messy that I would vow never to go back and I became a Target Girl. Unfortunately there is not a Target in town, but a freind did tell me she is going to Target on Friday and I might go with her.
Newbride,
You'll have to double your habit, because I know that when we lived in Ft. Wayne and had two or three Walmart stores they did carry some different stuff.
Thanks for checking in on me NewLeaf!
Today has been going well so far. I did manage to get a 45 minute walk in at the mall and my eating for today has been okay.
Ok. So. I know all about the endorphins (or that "rush") that come out after
you exercise, but am I the only one that doesn't really enjoy that? I was walking with a friend yesterday and when the walk was over I had to sit down on her couch a bit so that I could get the room to stop spinning and then be good enough to drive home! When I walk the mall we almost always wind up at the play area letting the kids burn off some energy, but I"m always a bit dizzy. I'm not dizzy while I"m walking, just after. Is it just me?
