Turtle and Honey,
Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. Yesterday was a very busy day! Our church is a very small congregation and the man that died was really the "backbone" of the church family, so it was a large funeral and reception with lots of faces. My dh is the pastor and he worked so hard- spending the previous days with the family and then delivering an absolutely wonderful sermon. (Especially considering that this was hubby's first funeral and we've only been at this church for 3 months!) Anyway, the hall was just covered in homemade delights and even though I am dog tired today it was great. Funerals aren't "fun", but I know that that man is in heaven and his family was celebrating his life yesterday, so it was "fun." Anyway...

small slice of black forest cherry cake with whipped cream and cherries (bad, bad, bad... but it was a small piece and it was so good! In fact, I've only made the cake twice now and I heard it referred to as "Miss Judy's World Famous Black Forest Cake")last night. LOL)

I didn't get much exercise yesterday, unless you count hours of standing and serving, and my new favorite expression, "rolling meat!"
