Dammit! A 0.3 kg gain since last week. Well at least it is a small gain. And today I had blueberry pie again, not good for my weight loss attempts. Speaking of which, I hope I get some lower readings very soon...
Breakfast: Oatmeal, one boiled egg
Lunch: Mincemeat sauce with mashed potatoes
Snacks: 2 small cookies, small slice of cake
Dinner: Blueberry pie

Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk
Though my weight has been fluctuating a lot, looking at my weight chart, it seems like the general trend is sill down. It is a slow loss but thus far it is still there, I think. I only hope that will continue.
Dammit! Up 0.3 kg since last week.
