Hi can i join too? I am currently 173lb, and want a loss of 2lb a week, giving me 12lb to lose at the end of the 6 week challenge. My overall goal is 126lb.
 
I'm soooo EXCITED! I am gonna do it...and challenges are AWESOME. Am I competitive? haha...yeppers!

Weigh in..July 3rd...great, right before July 4th..and picnics..thank goodness! Not like I'm gonna cheat, I'm over that..:)
 
I am as well. I haven't had time during the day to exercise so I have been doing it at night while everyone is sleeping. So much more peaceful that way! I am hoping to do well. Good luck everyone!
 
I am working HARD! Got some books out from the library for motivation...and they are cool! Gonna start a real 12 wk challenge soon w/body building/sculpting too. I have done BFL before..but, this is more (don't laugh) the '3 apple a day' diet...it sounds really fad-dy..but, it isn't...it is more just about cardio and strength training...and the apples are -- eat one before each meal to get your daily fruit in. You can eat other fruits too..but apples are convenient. I like it, it's an 81calorie sweet treat I can enjoy!

I'm doing really well with my water intake. I'm at about 10-14 8 oz glasses a day.

I got off track this week with breakfast - I hate having doctor appointments in the mornings - I always eat my breakfast first thing at work at my desk. I don't usually wake up with a lot of extra time in the morning to do it at home.

I also had chinese last night. The good news on that is that normally I would have eaten the whole container but I only ate til I was full. So half of it went in the trash.
 
I did my day one very well....day two was also ok not bad.. but have been sick..and lonely and have been working crazy hours. My fiancee is away for sometime..i have no family around..it feels terrible...but i will not give in to foods..i dont have any at home and will not order anything....i hope i can stick by that...i can and i will..................I need to pose a real challenge to EPI; valapalooza and Iamfatass all post cards are coming my way.....:D
 
Just reminded me I had such a bad day and can't sleep. I am going to do a Yoga video before bed to get me relaxed. Thank you guys. I am off now!!!
 
No worries guys! We are still in week 1 of 6! We still have plenty of time left to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. Try to use the Monday weigh-in as motivation when you feel like slacking- if you want to steal my postcards then you're going to have to move that scale! I have faith in all of you- we are going to do great on this 6 week challenge. (Let me know if any of you are in need of personal butt-kickings... I've been in the mood to do that lately :))
 
Okay well I am going to be out of town for weigh in this week. I'll weigh myself and write down the weight and report when I get back. I have a sneaking feeling my weight wont change much - blah week!
