Who-hooo! Congratulations to everyone on their losses! Its always great to hear! I was good and exercised Wed. night, but not Thursday (time has gotten away from me). Planning on doing something tonight, hopefully will get good exercise session in.
Have not lost anything yet, but I was slightly careless with food this week. I'm being pretty good during the day at work, but in the evenings things kind of went out of control a bit. Also did not weigh myself in couple of days, cause it was that time of the month, plus I had sushi yesterday, and I really don't want to see scale going up.
