My weigh in day will be Monday. I think this week might have been a wash though unfortunatley. We'll see. All I can do is keep trying:)

Hey everyone, just wondering if i can get in on this challenge? I know its a couple days late, but I'd really love to join in!!
 
congrats to everyone who did or didn't lose weight!And good luck to you Mondayer's!I chose Friday for weigh ins do to every other weekI used to treat myself to an out to eat adventure of my choice but this challange and my goals stopped me because I wanna go all the way so instead I found these strawberri cheese cakes 2 in a box made by weight watchers and I had 1 for my treat 150 cals 5 grams of fat taste good and awarding and guilt free thats the best part!

ok........

I suck at dancing but when no one is home I crank up the music and try to dance and I get out of breath my legs hurt and all that hopping around and constantly moving feels like if ya did that everyday you would lose weight!

Yay since I'm a part of this challenge I'll post my goal. I'm 237 as of now but I'm aiming to lose 18 lbs before the challenge is over :)
 
gEESH WHAT A NIGHT

Goodluck Kelynn!I kinda didnt fall off the wagon but I slipped a tad lastnight I was craving really bad (I think its do to mother nature heading this way soon) because this wasn's 1 of the ordinary cravings that I can walk away from!Anyhoot I had a bowl of instant mash potatoes with butter 3 slices of bread and a peanutbutter spoon!I felt guilty as crap after that.So I woke up ate my lunch (slept through breakfast) and went walking the floodwall in 90+ degree 3 miles and did 10 minutes on my stationary bike and situps!Need;ess to say I am over this and I am still going to meet my challange goal and personal life goals!!
I learned from it and not again .I did say when I get to 195 I am going out for dinner of my choice!Tammy

Just so you know, I'm still here!! Just got back from the lake and haven't weighed myself yet:eek: Scared to see what the ol' scale says....
 
Good morning everyone!!! After one week on the challenge I'm at 219 so I have lost one pound with 14 to go. It's not a big loss, but that's OK, I'll take any loss, no matter how big or small. How's everyone else doing?

Hey everybody...Happy Monday to ya! I'm still holding at 140 but for the first time since I lost the 9 pounds I went on a "trying on" spree (didn't buy anything lol ) and I was soooo happy to be able to fit into smaller clothes.

I hope to be at least one pound lighter by the end of the week! Best of luck to everyone, keep up the great work!! :)
 
Well, I stayed the same...although I suspect some new muscles are firming up so hopefully in a few days I have burnt off some fat.

OMG I lost!

I just stepped on the scale...I lost another pound over the weekend! I made 2 pounds!!! (I guess I posted that pic for nothing, so Kaitie, I want to see one of you!) I can honestly say I hope you kick my butt this week!

Donna, congratulations on losing a pound; that's awesome!

HappyDaye, I'm so excited for you...I can't wait until next month when I go out of town...I'm trying on clothes too!

As for me I am now 162.5:p That darn .5... But it's alright. I 'll get it next time. Everyone is doing GREAT.Keep it up. Have a AWESOEM Day and drink your WATER:D
 
Woo Hoo!! CONGRATULATIONS DQ and Chubbalina!!! Way to go!!

DQ...I got so excited in the fitting room I just kept running back in with more stuff...I forgot to buy the things I liked! lol I've got to buy a few pairs of pants but I'm waiting til I reach my goal until I buy an abundance of things. But now the fitting room is my friend!! Can't wait til you get in there!! :)
