Well....congrats to everyone so far!

I've had a decent week...about 7hrs of biking, and eating well most days....except for Saturday which did not go well at all...ah well...

So for my weigh in this morning, I'm at 214. That is 4lbs less than last week's weigh in of 218, but I think last week was off. I was 216 two weeks ago, and last week I weighed myself a few times, and I was around the 215 mark most of the time. So, it seems I've lost 1lb since last week, and 2lbs in the last 2 weeks. Not going as quickly as hoped, but it is progress thankfully.

Waist measurement is down 0.25" from 40.25" last week to 40" this week. Only like 7 more inches to go.
 
Way to go 12Pack!!!! Keep up the good work. I would love to bike, but I can't get my daughter to buy into it and I can't leave her home alone...oh well.

That's ok, I didn't do so well this weekend and TOM has arrived so I'm not feeling great today but I have HIGH HIGH hopes for this week:)

Hope eveybody had a great weekend, I had the family visiting and we all cooked and it was really really hard to stay away from all that delicious food so I drank lots of water and ended up not eating too much and the result is that I lost 1 lb.

I know it's not a lot but under the circumstances I'm not complaining.
You are all doing great and Niapage I know exacting what you went with your craving and just a little tip that helps me out most times brushing my teeth, after that you won't really feel the urge to eat.

I lost the first mini challenge!! I didn't even lose an ounce!!

Congrats to every1 on thier weightloss!Goodluck to everyone who didn't or did lose.I hope everyone has a gr8 week! I am feeling gr8 and that little slip up on saturday night didnt effect me at all(well just mentaly not to do that again)I am going to have something sinful occationally but midnight NOWAY!I need to have it for lunch or even dinner.But for now I don't feel like I want anything like that but ya never know after weigh in day! Tammy:)
 
Hi, all! Well, If I reported yesterday, I would have reported 1 lb loss to 130, but this morning I am back to 131 unfortunately, so no loss for me. :( I hope though it will happen by the next Monday. Planning to add more exercise this week.
 
I really like that idea about brushing your teeth. I think that'd be a great way to curb the craving:)

I've found that gum really helps me too. I keep Wrigley's Orbit gum on me at all times. It's only 5 cals per piece and 1g Carb and no fat.
 
I'm a gum chewer too!! That exact brand actually...I don't even count it as calories b/c if you chew it long enough if burns itself off...
 
Gum chewers I have been hooked on the trident sweet and sour strawberry gum 1 side has like 6 pieces of sour the other 6 of sweet they also have that in apple to!When I am really trying to kill a bad craving denten fire works good plus good breath for hours lol!Tammy
