Today I had:

Breakfast: Kirkland grapefruit cup 50 cals & Macanudo Cigar

Lunch: Healthy Choice Lemon Herb Chicken 210 Calories w/ K-Paul Seasoning
Glass of Chardonnay 100 Cals

Supper: Healthy Choice Cajun Chicken & Shrimp 230 Calories w/ K-Paul Seasoning & Glass of Chardonnay 100 Cals

Snacks: Various Fruits & Vegetables & Macanudo Cigars

I Confess...

I went 200+ calories over my 1500 today and I only exercised for about 40 minutes so I don't expect to be happy at my weigh in tomorrow.
 
Weighed after a 50 minute walk and I only gained a pound which is great since I only exercised for 40 minutes yesterday and I probably consumed 2300 or more calories.

That's not too bad but you will not make your long term goal of 50 lbs in 8 weeks if you keep binging.
 
I gained a pound but I am still on track to lose another 50 lbs. in less than 12 weeks. I am sticking to 1200 calories religiously today and I am going to exercise for at least 120 minutes.

I'm just taking it one day at a time. Today I've only had 880 calories and I am about to go on my second 40 minute walk. After the walk I will have 200 more calories. No binging or having 2 too many glasses of wine today!
