So yesterday was shoulders, and I swam for cardio, so I got to the gym half hour before my swim partner showed up so that I could get that done... I did lat raises, presses, rotary shoulder, AND I did the rear deltoid- that one is sort of a mixed workout- gets a little shoulder, little chest, and a little bit of the back, so I think in the future I'll add this to my back days, because I can't find a whole lot to do for back exercises... Swam for 40 minutes, tho a few of it was b.s.ing.
Todays workout was chest, and I did pec flys, incline press, and chest press. Did 30 minutes on the bike, and 11miles. I decided to try running also, annnnd managed to do 2 minutes, lol. One day I'm gonna run a friggin marathon dammit!
Food has been pretty decent this week- I did go to the NaRa and finally tried sushi!!- and from what I can find on calories, its not all that low, sooo I probably had a lot that day.. It was pretty good tho, I'd definately eat it again. I was just super excited to finally find someone who LIKED sushi, and wanted to take me!! Ya mention sushi to some people, and their faces contort into the most uncomfortable looking positions I've ever seen.. hm. Oh well, I hate it when people freak out without trying stuff for themselves. It doesn't make sense- how do they think they've found a favorite ANYTHING? Psh. Rant of the day!

Haha, that is so typical Montana for ya.
On main street here, people's tires were completely submerged in water at some intersections, and the power went out four times while I was at work... so stop lights and whatnot weren't working. It was a mess!
Way to go at the gym!!! It must feel SO good to get in the water to swim after you do your other exercises!

ooooh....THAT sucks when that happens.....annoying.....I've been CHEATING like an OLYMPIAN lately....LMAO~~~~!!!So I gotta say- all week I've been a little freaked out, because like Christen and MJ, it said that I GAINED almost 5lbs over the weekend- which makes NO sense, because even tho last week was not a shining beacon of accomplishment when it came to working out, I didn't eat badly- in fact kept my calories about right every day. SO, to see the plus five realllly killed! But tonight finally, the scale said I was back where I was... The only thing I can come up with is its been really hot, and maybe theres a lotta water retention goin on?? We'll go with it, cuz there is no reason I should have gainedSo yeah, I'm not sure if I'm gonna have a loss this week, which is dissapointing, but at least I(hopefully) won't have to report a gain. I've been workin my ass off, and its so hard not to give up when you don't see whatcha wanna see...
Tonights workout was biceps and triceps, but it was hard to do anything cuz my chest and shoulders are still aching from the last two nights!! LOL, I'm ok with pain that I worked for tho, except(I'll probably sound like a freak here, haha!) in the middle of lifting, when my muscles start to get all shaky, I just wanna giggle!I can't even stop it, it hurts, I wanna cry, but shit! I giggle. Psh.
Sooo, for my workout: 2 sets of arm extension(tris), and 2 sets of bicep curls, dips, assisted chin ups.
Cardio- 35min on the bike(again) and 12.75miles.
I am realllly hoping for a good loss next week... The 1st is my birthday, so assuming that I *might* have a few drinks, I don't wanna sabatoge any small losses. But by August 1st next year- I plan on being at goal weight, I just can't give up or let no loss or small loss bother me...
