3rd Times a Charm!

WOW! Great cardio!!!!!!!! What is so strange is I had a day like yours. I didn't do as long of cardio as you did, but I increased all of my reps with weight lifting and did SO MANY AB EXERCISES! I couldn't stop if I wanted to! Nothing feels better than feeling good and working out!!!!

Yeah, its nice to have a day here and there that makes ya realize that you really CAN do it, that no matter how hard, you can always push yourself harder. :rolleyes: Great job on the abs- I've decided to cut out abs for now, wait till I'm a little smaller, then get on it... but I DON'T miss doing abs, lol.
 
Went to Applebees tonight with my sister, had an orange chicken bowl :( Allll week I've been sooo good, just two crappy meals. All in all, thats pretty impressive for me :D

Workout tonight wasn't quite as hardcore as last nights, but I upped the level from 1 to 4 on the stairstepper for about five of the ten minutes, and I think I sweat more tonight than after 95min of cardio last night, haha! Not a pleasant sight. Eh. oh well. Heres my workout:

Biceps and Triceps(I reallllly want my bingo-wings to be gone by Vegas!)
Cardio: Treadmill 15min .77miles
Stairstepper 10min .47miles 23floors
Elliptical 15min 1.08miles

All of my "weekend" friends are out of town this week, so I may try to go to the gym to make up for the points I missed on Tuesday... I know I say that every week, but with 2 months down, and only 6lbs down, I can't really afford to miss a day here and there... We'll see!
 
So I actually DID go to the gym tonight :) WOO! Pretty proud of myself, haha. I NEVER work out on Fridays, and I almost didn't tonight, but I was just sitting there thinking, this sucks. I don't wanna go. I HAFTA go. I NEED to go. SO I went. Can't guarantee that'll happen every Friday tho!
Anyway, heres the workout:

Treadmill 30min, 1.68miles
Stairstepper 10min, .49miles 23floors
Rower 5min, .64miles

Only did cardio, but I didn't wanna do weights tonight. Bleh.

Today was my official weigh in day- lost 3lbs this week!! FINALLY! I'm hoping to continue the loss, just gotta keep workin it I guess :rolleyes:

Thanks everyone! Yeah, I was pretty friggin happy all day long. Not sure why this week was so much different than the last 8, but who frickin cares! I had a decent loss finally, so I'm NOT bitching for once :D

Today was a pretty busy day- donated my algae eater and another fish to the pet store- felt HORRIBLE because their like 7, almost 8 years old PLUS my mom bought them, and shes been gone for almost 5 years, so it felt like giving a part of her away :( how horrible am I that I couldn't even take care of a flippin fish?! Honestly, I thought the little fish had finally died, hadn't seen him in the tank for about a week, so I was just gonna give away this giant 8inch algae eater, and when I was digging him outta the tank, the little guy just popped up. I feel so bad... :( After that, sanded the rest of the baseboards for my living room, and then sanded about 15 of my kitchen cupboard doors. Those were already painted and ready to go LAST summer, but we were idiots, didn't hang them up, and they all got stuck to each other and peeled the paint off :rolleyes: what a mess. So now we hafta REpaint all but 4 cupboard doors. Rediculous. Rant aside, that took roughly 4 hours to do, outside in the heat. God it was so gross. Sweaty and sandy. Nice. But it was a little bit of a workout at least :)

Workout wise: Legs, did a little bit of arm work, just cuz the blubber aint going anywhere.
Cardio: Elliptical 20min, 1.57miles
Treadmill 25min, 1.4miles
Stairstepper 10min, 23floors, .47miles.

Last weeks challenge was 10 minutes a day of walking stairs- and I actually really ended up liking doing the stairstepper, so I'm gonna do it pretty much every workout now, it gets my heart going, and I feel like I'm accomplishing a little bit more :)
 
Todays food- NOT so great. Ate some pasta and some ice cream. And then some salt n vinegar chips. Tomorrows food will be better.

Tonights workout: back(I hate doing back. I don't really feel anything usually.)
Cardio: treadmill 30min, 1.68miles
Elliptical 20min, 1.55miles
Stair stepper 10min, .47miles.

Cardio was decent again tonight~ almost seems like I get to my 30minute minimum and I just feel like I haven't done enuf. Thats a good thing I guess...
 
Lasts night workout: Shoulders. Cardio: elliptical 20min, 1.62miles. Stairstepper 10min,.46 miles. Treamill 15min, .92miles.

Todays workout: chest.
Cardio: stairstepper 10min, .5miles
Elliptical 20min, 1.48miles
treadmill 25min, 1.27miles

I felt so unmotivated tonight. I didn't wanna do my shit, just wanted to come home and go to bed... Almost quit about ten times during the elliptical and stairstepper, but knew that I couldn't afford to :( was fine by the time I left, but still :rolleyes:

Hired two new guys at work, both starting next week, I HATE TRAINING!! gaa! Not looking forward to it, especially since my remaining employee and I will be working every day for a few weeks till these guys are all trained.. Yay.. On the upside- my shifts will be nice and short and I'll have a lot more time at the end of the day to get shit done!! Woo!

Anyway, I'm pretty much just rambling.. soooo yaaah.
 
So I went and bought a watermelon tonight- was SOOOO excited about stupid watermelon! I cut it in half, its disgusting. bleh. It tasted ok, but it LOOKED really weird; I ended up throwing most of it away. There goes nine dollars of deliciousness down the drain! So then I think, well I bought some pears on Saturday- go to cut one up- its already squishy and brown! No luck with the fruit for me :( was so dissapointed I almost ate a buncha crap, but I didn't. lol. There was a lot of thinking of food in about a two hour span. Watching tv, my eyes kept drifting towards the kitchen door...lol! It was horrible horrible HORRIBLE!

Tonights workout: biceps n triceps.
Cardio: stairstepper 10min, .43miles
elliptical 20min, 1.53miles
treadmill 30min, 1.74miles

Ok workout again. Sweating like a pig, as USUAL. Everyone is back in town this weekend... have already had three people tell me we're going out- but a. I'm broke, and b. I just wanna guzzle red beer when I go out!! Baddd! Do NOT need the calories... And I should save my drinking allowance for later, lol :D
 
Geez girl you're having a bit of a tough week between the fish and training people and not feeling motivated AND the fruit! But sounds like you're pushing through and THAT'S how you're going to conquer this weight loss!! I'm so proud of you!!!! KEEP IT UP!!! :D

Once I bought fresh watermelon juice from the store, and took a big swig of rotten nasty soured juice. Ewww! I should have known better when I took off the cap off and it make an escaping gas noise.

Spoiled watermelon has the worst taste ever.

Watermelon juice! Thats awesome! Apparently our grocery stores are boring, cuz I've never seen watermelon juice..

God I HOPE SO! I'm so jealous of Mac right now, lol. hes lost so much weight this competition, and I feel somedays like I should just go scarf down a few hamburgers, gain the few lbs that I lost back, and go back to the sittin on the ass stuff. It was easier.
