Boot camp certainly isn't for wusses--but you are no wuss so you'll do fine. :) Sure, it'll probably kick your ass at first, but you'll get used to it and it'll get easier.

Try to sleep as much as you can--I'm sure that has got to be a part of why you struggle to lose weight. Is it possible to have your older daughter watch her little sister after school while you catch a few zzzs during the day?

Keeping you in my thoughts and sending positive, restful vibes your way. :)

I can't wait to hear about how the boot camp goes, I am seriously thinking about it, not right this second..lol.. but soon

You could try with us...at some point but I think your only option would be Mons on your rotating shift, lol.

I miss exercising with you we should set something up.

Wow, you guys have Boot Camp Facility in USA? Tell me all about it! What do they do there? They have a place for you to stay in? This is really interesting to me as the only weight loss facility in Singapore is the GYM and some "go after your money type of wellness spa"

I hope yer able to get some rest today doll.
:hug2:

RE: 4-year-old -

Can she be trusted if she was involved in a project near you while you napped?

When Cory was that age, if I was ill or just needed some rest, I'd have projects on hand and ready to go..I'd set him up with all kinds of stuff in the living room and nap on the couch.

Yer doin' great! :)
