Ok Friday...sry guys, was busy all day yesturday, Fridays are my go non stop days...till I literally crash!!!I work till 10am and then I go to my weight watchers meeting and then for lunch and off to play tennis and then to a friends for dinner and scrabble with my granny and kids.

Well...I had a horrible tooth pain attack Friday night, omg, I took so many pain pills and it finally faded, I went to the dentist on Saturday and got my roots drained and a temporary filling, so hopefully all will be good till my benefits kick in!

On Friday at my WW meeting I weighted in at 232.!!!Down 2 lbs, or 2.5 lbs...I cant remeber if I was 234.5 last week or just 234...

Things have bene pretty stressful around here...It isnt even worth going into detail...i had another run in with the asshole that boards with me, this time he seeked me out and I think he was looking for a fight...it wasnt good at all and the end result was him putitng me down, calling me names and yelling and screaming at me in front of my 4 year old....

I also went in on Sat for an emergancey root canal...the first step anyway...got my roots drained...I cant really eat in general, Im not allowed to eat on the side withthe temp filling and the side without the temp filling, I am missing two moluars, LOL!!! I have also just been eating less in general and Im not really very hungry lately...

The scale is moving I tell you...I think it is a combo of both...been stressed, learign and only eating to feed myself , which is all i have had time for lately...

it is hard to learn how to eat only when hungry. i am not ready to do that without a schedule yet. so i wrote it down for myself. and now i need to stick by it.

Ya eating less and when im hungry has never been my strong point. However im always busy and I work nights so sleep days and it has been working out, plus with the heat and such...Im just never hungry much anymore, I guess my tummy is shrinking. The asshole is a border or ours. He lives upstairs in one if the rooms, in trade for room and board he is too help us bkeep up the house as it is 40 years old original and starting to fall apart. He only does what he has to and leaves everythign half done!

The scale is being great and it is nice! The quick fix is working yes so hopefully my benefits will kick in soon. WOrk was nicve enough to send me the paper work a cpl weeks earlier so I can processes it fast adn get it going.

For my girls bdays...They are both in July and 12 days apart, I bought them a trampolineIt is a dual gift with dual purposes. The oldest and her friends can hang out on it and such and the youngest and I can use it for exercise. It is a bit outt amy comfort zone and if it belonged to any but us I wouldnt use it, however it is ours and I go on it...My youngest loves it and I am enjoying it as well!!!
 
I heard trampoline can be a very good exercise so enjoy it definitely :) plus its fun. i tried it once but i was always to scared it would break under my weight hehehe.

Oh me 2, LOL...We weight the same my dear and I can jump on it! We have a 14 foot...weight limit is 225.

Granny wont make him leave, he bords upstairs, I just stay the fuck away from him and i will never tlak to him agian.LOL

I love the trampoline, I think my youngest is be alot slimmer by the end of summer!

Hey there after talking to everyone I decided to try way way harder than I have been by eating same foods but healthier choices.My doctor said I need atleast 1,900 calories for a healthy pregnancy.So how are you?
