Ok Friday...sry guys, was busy all day yesturday, Fridays are my go non stop days...till I literally crash!!!I work till 10am and then I go to my weight watchers meeting and then for lunch and off to play tennis and then to a friends for dinner and scrabble with my granny and kids.

3/4 of a smokie
2 servings of whole wheat tostitos
1/4 cup of potatoe salad
big ass slush
can of sprite
water
1 liter or so ( i need to find out how many ounces is in a liter, I have forgetten is it 64 ?)
Activity
105 mins of tennis (1hr 45mins)
Exercise mins this week
ALOT - I have exercised for 12 hrs I believe!!!
Lots of yard and such plus my tennis and my bike...I played tennis 3 times this week also
