Too bad you don't live closer--my H loves to play tennis. :D

How is your kitchen coming along? Is it getting back to normal?

I also want a scale that figures body fat...lol. I don't know if it would make me happier though. :smilielol5:
 
HA HA HA - BB - Tennis is great exercise - maybe you should play with him :) We love it - we play a minimum of twice a week and are trying to fit in a 3rd...It is so relaxing - we played in a court without nets last night ha ha ha - that was a work out - we typically play for 1.5 hrs...

BAh, he tried to teach me a few years ago, but I am hopeless at anything that requires hand/eye coordination. :willy_nilly: He is way too good for me, and he finds it incredibly boring, and I find it incredibly frustrating. :biggrinjester:

So I am impressed that you are enjoying it so much. I love to watch tennis, but playing, well...

a ya - i get a little bored at times with lisa but her and i are getting much better. am better than she is but i screw up as well ya know we both have our days...but we can play for a good solid hour of consistant play , i do love it...it is nice and physical and fun...and good bonding time :)
 
Hey Cerella! I heard you're playing tennis--I'd love to do that. A friend of mine is into Racquetball, she was supposed to get me into it--well, we'll see. Hope you're doing all right, but sounds like you're stressed with the kids as usual! Hope you're happy! :D

Hey you good to hear from ya...:Dnot so much stressed with them...Kaylea caught the house on fire and everything needs to be restored which we are in the process of dealing with...plus i got a position and switched 2 nights...and im still super busy through the day...so it is a juggling act...but i am happy...

They sell WW pedometers at the classes here. I have to say that I am really pleased with mine as it tells you how many points you have earned when it calculates how many steps you have done and how many miles you have walked.

It is really useful because if you have a less active day - you know that you only have your basic points (based on gender, age, height and weight) - and then you get the ones relating to how active you are from the pedometer (if there are any) so you know where you stand.

You want to ask if they sell them in Canada - because I am sure that you would find it really useful.

They also sell points calculators that work out how many points things are if you key in the calories and saturated fat content. I havent bought one of those yet - I have been ok looking things up in the book and I have one of those cardboard slidy things to do that.

I like the idea of a scale that tells me about how much fat I carry. I sometimes get sick of the way that I retain water for half the month and it would be nice to be able to weigh through that. I bet my loose skin would confuse it!
 
Hey everyone thanx for dropping by, Im afraid im very boring, lol, I dont really use my diary anymore.

I joined the accountability challenege, one of the daily things is to post check in every day and post food and exercise so I figure I might as well do it here too!

May 25th. 08

So today I kinda ate, lol...

- one mcdonalds breakfast burrito
- half of a hash brown
- 1.5 hot dogs
- rice works rice crisps
- ice cream sandwich
- 2 root beers :0
- hamburger
- corn on the cob

all my water

I was at an all morning/afternoon fundraiser so we ate what they had. The pop thing is rare for me, I usually dont drink it when I do it is diet, however they didnt have any and it was a hot day...I also finished off my youngests cuz she wouldn't drink it, bad, I know.

40 points - over by 7 but earned 15 activity points




May 26th
Eating so far today...

all my water.
one bowl of cereal with milk
one hamburger
serving of whoppers
roast beef
cauliflower
a potatoe

exercise - 1 hr in the yard gardening - 4 points earned

19 points - 14 less than allowed


I also clean four nights a week for a good 2 - 3 hours straight...non stop moving...

Margaret, I didn't know ww sold those, they dont where I weigh in, i will ask abt them for sure cuz that is great. My friend bought the calculator but it is easy enough to use the books and slider, which I do, Plus im doing it mostly online nad it is so easy to do the points that way.[/

Today I have eaten
a bowl of special k with milk
a banana
1.5 eggs
an english muffin
a piece of brown bread with cheese
spaghetti and sauce
one piece of garlic bread - so not worth 5 points...

exercise was tennis for 1 hour this afternoon plus a 1 hour walk...10 points earned

I will tally up weight watchers points and such but later as I havent had time to enter online

1 cup of carrots

Half my water so far...dont think Im gonna make it

No exercise today...worked all night and stayed up all day with my youngest - had to skip yoga as I worked overtime and we went to parachute class...had a 2 hour nap from 3 - 5 so not interested in physical activity today - lol...going to work will be a chore in itself...maybe I will exercise at work tonight...

35.5 points used today...im aloud 33...so over by 2.5
