<3Cerella's Restarting, Refocused and Remotivated<3

So I just did 30 mins of yoga - this is great actually because I already have my bonus done for the biggest loser - it was 2 30 min strength training sessions...so gooo me:)Plus im doing all the overnights this week so Im gonna be a zombie but I have my challenege covered half my exercise already done and my work shifts are cleaning shifts so it is all exercise based for at least 2 -3 hrs of heavey cleaning a night.Fun fun fun!!!

Im feeling really good about myself lately...Im fitting in exercise lots of it...eating well for the most part getting some sleep - I seem to be finding a bit of balance in my life...finally...

I have started chatting with a guy through facebook - he is a firned of a friend...so far so good - he seems pretty cool he is a father that is involved in his sons life and so on...

Time will tell:)

I think I might even be ambitious enough to try and go to water areobics after my sift tomorrow morning - Im done at 8am and there is a call at 915am also 815 but I wouldnt make that one...Im gonna bring all my stuff with me so im prepared and then it will make me feel guilty enough to go:)LOL

Im gonan go and walk my dog:)

Wow Cerella you're doing great! Sleep, Food, and Exercise are a three legged stool. If you get all three down you're going to get progress.

I would love to do water areobics me and my sis N law
so some water exersices just playing around and I really
feel the "BURN" when we would jog around the pool several
times your legs would feel like spaghetti lol.

I tend to forget how great it feels when you are working out & eating right consistently. Glad life is going well for you. You do deserve it. :D

You popped into my diary so I thought that I would pop into yours and check up on you.

You are certainly very similar to me with all the exercise.

I see that you have been doing yoga - I have my yoga class Tuesday morning. I will probably be just doing yoga at home after Easter when the term finishes because I will change my classes about then.

You do water aerobics. I am thinking about starting doing water aerobics soon. I have heard that it is really beneficial and a lot of fun. I really enjoy my normal aerobics classes. I have coupons that give me 3 free classes at a local gym and I am going to try the water aerobics out then.

It is tough that you are on night shift this week. I saw you post on the weigh every day club that you would not be weighing until Saturday. Dont forget to weigh Thursday and Friday to pick the best one for the challenge. I would hate you to be eliminated on a technicality for not posting your weight in time. We might be unlikely to win but we have to stay in as long as we can to keep the leaders on their toes.

I am pleased that you are finding balance in your life - we all need and deserve that. Losing weight is always a challenge - but all challenges are a little easier if other aspects of our life are going well.

Wow my diary isnt as buried as I thought it would be - LOL...
Well im working nights and it stinks - my whole households seems to fall apart when I do...Ive almost got three down and just 2 more to go.

I did a walk and kick vid last night before - 35 mins Lesile whoever - who does tha walking vids - it was great - not as effective as my yoga fusion kicki boxing but it was still good and I felt it.I was proud of myself for doing a dvd even though I hade only had 2.5 hrs of sleep after wroking all night and beign up since 930 the prior morning.I guess it is safe to say that I really am refocused and working at it agian...which is great to say and hear, admitt and feel:)

On sunday I did some exercising and went on a walk - oh ya yoga...Monday the walk and kick and today nothign so far but Im about to go adn do yoga or something...im at work but i have some down time:)

Im fitting in exercise eating well, drinkin lots of water and green tea and I am even noticing the changes in my body...
 
Wow woman that is some great exercise, especially considering your schedule! Very motivating indeed. I really need to get off my ass but still have'nt found myself doing so. Keep up the awesome work. And of course tell us all about this guy! he he

I bought that Yoga booty ballet...it is interesting , unique I would say but boy did I feel that work out...it was a yoga core work out...it was hard but good...they talk through the work out abt finding adn releasing your inner godess...allow yourself to feel her and be her and let her out...let your inner self reflect on the outside...it is a little hocky but true and kinda neat and refreshing at the same time...

I havwe Yoga tomorrow morning at 930am, my shifts ends at 7 so after working for 9 hrs and being awake all night me and my youngest will head off to yoga and for me no sleep...we are gonna meet my friend and her daughter for lunchanf then i told Taneesha when we get home her and I will ahve a nap together - lol!!!

Oh and I am gonna do Lesiles walk and jog at 5am before my moring here beings:)
 
Honey make sure you get some sleep, that is a MUST with a busy schedule like that. And make it at least 6 hours, not a "nap" he he.

Ha ya sleep is hard adn it is funny cuz today I actually managed 6 hrs - 2 3 hr naps...My sitter crapped out on me and so my granny pitched in and helped.I went to bed at 10 and got up at 1 cuz I wasnt sure if my granny was serious abt takin Taneesha to preschool or if should would drive in the snow but when I got up she asked me why I was up and sent me back to bed.

She was gettin her ready for preschool and packed her her snack she even picked her up for me...I slept till 445.

I had a nice dinner first meal of the day well second I guess at 6am I had a piece of toast and an egg...and I feel great.It is amazing what some sleep and food can do for your body - HA HAHA!!!

Right now my schedule is crazzzzy - my little on is in ballet every monday afternoon, preschool tues and thurs afternoons...and we go to yoga wednes mornings...it is alot actually on top of my on call 24/7 job - lol - not to mention i have a teenager as well

Just call me crazy:D:D:D
 
Wow it has been insaine - working these nights...5 days is alot and I did way to much yesturday...

I worked overtime - so 10pm Tuesday to 830am Wednesday - my shift was only supposta be till 7am and no one told me I was staying till 830 but oh well. lol

I ran home grabbed my daughter and we went to Yoga for 930am:)...I also did Yoga at midnight...the following night...Yoga booty ballet - damn - Im tellin ya it is a little hard but really good - It focuses on abs, ass and thighs...I felt all of my body...after Yoga int he morning we went to my friends for lunch. I didnt get home till 1 in the afternoon and we both went done for a nap - ha ha ha - My rest sucked - I woke and 330 to pee and then again at 5 with my youngest...she got up and I stayed in bed till 7. SHe went upstairs and had dinner with granny and a bath:) afterwards I had to make a walmart trip and geeesh man - just one more night,..
 
You certainly are keeping busy. Well done for keeping up the exercise and juggling a million and one things.

When we were younger I used to work long hours and hubby used to work shifts so I do understand what it is like for you doing these difficult hours. It really does mess up your sleep patterns. Hopefully Kimberly will have second thoughts about these sleep bonuses she is talking about for the next challenge.

Good luck at the scales for the challenge. Update the scoresheet with the data today - that way the points get locked in. You can always update it tomorrow if the scales go down tomorrow.

Have fun....as for me, my ass is in bed at 10:30! lol

Oh ya we are usually between 11 and 1130 but I have been working the overnights since Sunday - tonight is my last night...thankfully - my body is shutting down very fast:)
 
hey cerella.. girl we totally need to start texting again or something cause we keep missing each other.. and it sucks. man i am so outta the loop on weightloss and stuff.. i hate being all outta whack on stuff. i gotta get back into this and focused if i am ever going to reach my goals. you gotta kick my ass into gear ok.. girly.. haha ok talk to you later

I was sorry to see that you got eliminated in the challenge. I do hope that you sign up for the parallel challenge.

Keep on doing the exercise and eating right and I just know that the weight loss will happen for us both. Maybe not at the rate that some people get (e.g. The Krinse and Wulsk) but we will get there just the same.
