So I just did 30 mins of yoga - this is great actually because I already have my bonus done for the biggest loser - it was 2 30 min strength training sessions...so gooo me
Plus im doing all the overnights this week so Im gonna be a zombie but I have my challenege covered half my exercise already done and my work shifts are cleaning shifts so it is all exercise based for at least 2 -3 hrs of heavey cleaning a night.Fun fun fun!!!
Im feeling really good about myself lately...Im fitting in exercise lots of it...eating well for the most part getting some sleep - I seem to be finding a bit of balance in my life...finally...
I have started chatting with a guy through facebook - he is a firned of a friend...so far so good - he seems pretty cool he is a father that is involved in his sons life and so on...
Time will tell
I think I might even be ambitious enough to try and go to water areobics after my sift tomorrow morning - Im done at 8am and there is a call at 915am also 815 but I wouldnt make that one...Im gonna bring all my stuff with me so im prepared and then it will make me feel guilty enough to go
