:Angel_anim:Thanx Sweetie:Angel_anim:So far Im doing ok...Lets see if i can keep it up. but P90X is a 3 months program designed to get ya in shape in 90 days. So I gotta stick with it.

However my knees are having issues:(I have shin splints and I was told I can only do stationary exercise.

I think P90X will be stationary enough...Most of it is but the cardio x is alot of jumping...I will play that by ear adn see how it goes it wasnt bad last night but I think I might need to do that one at home in my carpeted bedroom rather than work.

Sun - 60 mins tennis

Mon 60 mins tennis

tues 60 mins bike 12 miles

wed 60 mins bike 13 miles, 60 mins tennis

Thurs 45 mins Cardio X (tony horton - P90X)
45 mins bike 6 miles - It was really bothering my knees:(

you are indeed very motivated and motivating as well especially on the exercise. I struggle with it the most so it is great to see someone so dedicated!

:hug2:aaawww thank you:hug2:Ive really been struggling this last month or so to get it together and gwt it done.Ive finally gotten myself back to the point where I am as active as I can be when I have the time and I love feeling that way.

I have two daughters who love tennis so we play when we get the opportunity with weather and so on:).

Wow, Im surprized Im still standing , LOL. Yesturday I got 3 hrs sleep and I have been up since 5 pm yesturday and it is 930pm right now and Im gonna stay up till 1100, watch my shows.

I did my second cd of p90x this morning and I just played 60 mins of tennis with the girls and 30mins ddr...

Oh and we went out and bought our big splurge this pay cheque, lol, I bought ddr for the wii and two new remotes so we can play with lots of ppl:)

DDR is cool but it sure wasnt cheap and it is hard, LOL!!!

Lots of exercise! Make sure you get some sleep though Relly, that is more important to your health than getting exercise.. Luv ya :).
 
there's the WARRIOR in ya!!!!!!!!!! :party: very inspiring!!!!! ..... Isn't it wonderful how the minute you "actually decide" to do something and committ how things get done and you can just feel change bursting through!!!! Keep it up woman!!!!!

Don't slack on the sleep too much.
Wouldn't want ya to come crashing down!
I am waaaay to uncoordinated to do DDR!
It's amazing I haven't tripped over my own feet on the treadmill! LOL:smilielol5:

Well gals...I am gonna take a break, although I feel guilty and bad but I will just dbl up tomorrow or just continue on or I dunno, LOL.The work out I was supposta do today for P90X I will do tomorrow.My body needs a lil break.

The girls and I played 50 mins of tennis today and my hips felt like they were gonna fall off, HA!!!

So Im taking the rest of the day off.

aww we all go through rough times
but it is great that you guys enjoy an activity in common so great!
I am even thinking of getting a dog so I have an excuse to get out more often haha
active is always good!
