<3Cerella's Restarting, Refocused and Remotivated<3

So Ive been on the island since Friday morning.I took some time off work.Thurs and Fri of last week and Tues and Wed of this week.Meaning that I Dont need to be back at work until midnight Wed.

Ive had a good time here.

The Easter bunny came for me, left me 20 bucks and treats that I had to hunt for just like the kids, lol.

Ive had a cool big ass ice cream cake from DQ that I have been eating all weekend, HA!Just what I wanted.He had my bday celebration on Sat, We had pizza and ice cream cake and today we are going out for lunch at my fav resturant here.

I played tennis on Saturday for an hour till we were rained out and yesturday well last night i took the girls to the courts in the evening and we played for 40 mins till it was to twilight to see the balls ha.

My girls love tennis and my youngest has improved alot since last year.Her hand and eye co ordination and fine motor skills have improved alot.She was hitting the ball alot last night. She cant get it over the net but she can hit them:)

I think we will go to the courts agian today:)

I had a great day, a great weekend in fact:)!

Ive played tennis for 3 days in a row now and have a tennis date for when I get home tomorrow evening:)!

This has remotivated, Im feeling energetic and such adn I think Im ready to retackle this.
 
Glad you found an activity that gets you back into the game.
Always feels good when that motivation comes roaring back.
 
Hey Gals and Thanx Dawn and Kerry:)

Now that I am getting into my exericse agiana dn feelin a bit more motivated I will start visiting diaries agian.I just find it hard to be positive and such when Im not feeling it, makes me feel fake:(

So I didnt play tennis today (Tuesday) cuz It was so beautiful on the island I didnt had no motivation to leave and leave my parents, LOL.So we stayed till 5 and caught the 5 ferry home.

I did however use my bike for 60 mins and did my 12 miles.

Gawd, I have far to go, ive been so lazy with the exercise lately...this past week was so exhausting, I mean i was more exhausted than usual.Like no energy to do nothign after my shifts.Needing to crash the second I get home, not even any energy to get the lil one to daycare.It was been rough. Im feeling a bit more energized.

I set a goal of myself for 200 miles this month on the bike HA.I think Im at 46 due to my whatever:(So im gonna totally bust it out to make it.

So if I take 154 and divide it by 17 I get 9.05...So if i did slightly over 9 miles a day I can still meet my goal, Im gonna try!

It will motivate me to get on the bike daily...I need that.Maybe it will change my attitude of all or nothing im still struggling with.I wanna use it for an hour not 30 mins and so on...gotta work on that.

Anyway Im feeling more motivated than I have been.Im gonna start P90X im sure it will kick my ass!It is 6 days a week.And a friend and I are gonna play tennis and I will try to run...

Even with being as far behind as you say you are I bet you can bust that out in no time.
But (no pun intended!) your hinny-inny end is gonna be sore before this month is out! LOL :smilielol5:
I know how you feel about going around and encouraging everyone else to do well. If I am faltering I feel like such a fake myself.
But your back in the game so bring on the encouragement.

So today I used the bike for 30 mins thus far. 6.5 miles in 32 mins:)

my plan is to get back on it agian this evenign for 30 mins.Depending on my exhaustion and how my days go I wanna try to use the bike for 30 mins in the morn and 30 mins in the evening. Break it up a lil and make it feel like a lil less sitting time and like I can get other exercising done as well rather than a choice ya know.


Im startign P90X tonigh thopefully.Im taking the girlsto play tennis this evening and if I have the time and energy i will do teh first dvd here if i cant fit it in then I will do it at work:)

I did want to tell you that you are doing great with the bike riding and exercising! Way to go girlfriend!!!!!!!:hurray:

I also saw you work with disabled people.. that is really really cool.....

Ya Ive been doing this for abt 2.5 yrs now.Always thought I wanted to work with seniors but got gently pushed into this direction by a cpl pushy friends who know I would succeed in it. It is very rewarding and I love the folks I care for and the ppl I work wiht:)

Yesturday I did 13 miles on my bike in two 30 min installemnets, played 60 mins of tennis with my girls adn then o0nce I got to work I did my first P90X work out - 45mins of hell , not pure hell, pretty much it is boot camp in my home:)
 


Exercise for Wednesday

13 miles bike - in two 30 min installements

60 mins of tennis

At work after Midnight so tech Thurs

45 mins of Cardio X - First work out for P90X



It was tough, I mean I could do it and keep up well but took a few lil breaks here and there...I was happy when it was over HEH!

Oh Also...I have now exercised for 6 days in a row:DIm proud of myself:D

On Sat i did 45 mins tennis

Sun - 60 mins tennis

Mon 60 mins tennis

tues 60 mins bike 12 miles

wed 60 mins bike 13 miles, 60 mins tennis

Thurs 45 mins Cardio X (tony horton - P90X)
 
Oh wow! You are doing so amazing with all the working out! You're making me feel like a bum, LOL! I'm glad you're back in this for you. I know you must be feeling super fantastic! :hug2:
