I have those BMI goals as well!

I need to get to 24.9 BMI to be Normal Weight. I have a long way to go. I'm going to be happy when I drop into an "Over weight" BMI, instead of "Obese".

We'll get there!! On our way.

A bit of a disaster lately. Went 1k over my cals yesterday w no exercise. Migraine yesterday and today. Did go over cals today but drank a Natures Plus Gold shake which I'm hoping will improve my overall energy which I need. So only did 4 days in gym this week instead of my goal of 4 or 5.

Anyway very stressed about money and work at the money. I'm aiming for no binges!

I can tell you got money on the brain! Your doing so great and really making some progress - think about all the positives and hopefully they can outweigh some of those negatives! Keep it up - no binges!
 
Aha. Chubbygirl: clearly I do! It's getting a bit less stressful but I did binge in the hospital last night. What's done is done and today was fine thoughno exercise!

I can't really workout until this migraine is over. I need to kick it up as it's one month until my short term goal on April 23. I am now 88.7kg but want to be about 84.7 kg by then! That's a lot!

I have not worked out properly this week bc I've had a migraine for days. I've been in bed since Monday so no working out tho keeping food nice and clean since a binge on Monday night.

I think I'm really dehydrated from throwing up so much so need to push the water. I stupidly weighed myself this morning and I was up to 90kg so that was up over 4 lbs! Yikes! Must get myself to the gym hardcore fir the rest of this week!

I'm thinking I might try some kind of cleanse for three days. Anyone have a suggestion of a good one?

Sorry to hear you've been poorly. Dont be too hard on yourself for the gain, you couldn't really help it! Nice one on the resolution to work hard the rest of the week, hope you see some results. :)

Well I'm going to cancel this week as I only worked out sunday and Monday and was in the A&E twice this week. I'll be happy with no gain on Tuesday my weighin day

I'm going to kick things up a notch:

4L water a day
5 days cardio
2 days resistence
3 days kettlebells
1200 cals on no exercise days
1400 cals on exercise days

23rd April is coming soon!!
 
I know you everyone's different, but I find it interesting that I eat more calories than you, you have more weight to lose and yet we are losing weight at quite a similar weight. And I don't think it's the exercise - I haven't done much in the way of structured workouts this month although I do get exercise from lifting the baby and take him out walking when I can. Just makes me wonder if something is slowing your metabolism down or speeding mine up?

Anyway, good luck for Tues. Hope you are feeling better....

I agree with sunflower, I don't know how you drink so much water! I'm lucky to get a glass or two in per day.... oy! lol

2L working out before during and after
2L before meals and snacks

wow got in 6 today. Did good workout cardio plus weights and core. Back tomoro for cardio kettlebells and core. Stuck to net calories of 1200 (food-exercise=net) and 1200 yesterday net because had no exercise

I tried on 14s today in Dunnes and not even close to getting them above my lower thighs so definitely still 16to10. So it's 10/11lbs per size so need to drop another stone to get into 14s. That's my April 23 goal. Down a stone and a dress size.

Feeling really motivated as have 2 weeks of work so planning on really working my ass off on school work and gym cooking well and keeping stressfree.
 
The weight is falling off again. Down to 192 today. Yay! My goal for April 30 is 182lbs so let's see if I can get there!!

Im drinking 1.5L of this herbal detox I got in the chemist. It's a bit like perfumey herby iced tea. Not great but seems to be clearing things out! Also taking 1cube of Fruits and Fibres to help clear accumulated junk in my body. Again tastes yuck but seems to be working!

I'm going to go back and see how I got on in comparison to my goals. Be right back!!

feb 28: 197lbs (clearly I didn't make this goal but will weigh in tomorrow to see if I made it)
march 30: 187 lbs (didn't make this one either as I'm 192 this morning)
April 30: goal: 182 lbs
may 30: goal: 172lbs
June 30: 165 lbs
July 30: 160 lbs
august 30: 155lbs
September 30: 150 lbs
oct 30: 145lbs
