Well good news:

down to 196.9lbs or 89.3kg this morning but my scale is a bit odd and weighs different when you move it from one place to another.

Got a pair of 16 jeans yesterday!

After school I'm going to the gym and then dinner w a friend.

And I binged tonite. I had a situation with a friend that upset/annoyed/made me feel rejected so I turned to food. Also a lot is going on with the case now which has me stressed. And money worries, kid worries, work worries.

I felt on top of the world a week ago but it's all on top of me today. So I didn't go to the gym today when I really should have. Grrr. That's two days off. Not good.

Bleh. I feel shit about the binge but it couldve been way worse. It's first tome I did it in 9 weeks. Just goes to show you're never out of the woods. Back to basics tomorrow. I will go back tomorrow and track the binge which will be shocking. :(
 
Nearly 2500 cals for whole day. Double the fat and carb goals. Ugggghh. Couldve been way worse. Feel quite I'll actually.

I am not happy being me at the moment.
 
I'm on the same page as you, have no idea how many calories I ate... but all I know is 5 pieces of pizza is not part of the plan :| Shame on me!

Had a big but healthy breakfast ( porridge fruit salad with yogurt but flax made it hi cal)
going to gym now then off to the gym. Will meet up with my hub and kids at our favourite Italian restaurant.

I'm planning on ordering salad fish and a side rice dish. No dessert no bread but I will have a bite of everyone elses dinner and a spoon of dessert.

Hey just noticing you add flax to your yogurt. Now are you using flaxseed, ground flax or flax oil? The only reason I'm asking is if you're using flaxseed you need to grind them. People usually don't chew the seeds enough to grind them enough for the body to make use of it. So yeah, if you're using flaxseeds (grind them!).
