Thanks ladies!
Feeling pretty good body-wise...meaning the class worked my whole body so the "pain" is evenly distrabuted and I don't have just REALLY sore legs or REALLY sore shoulders. Which is good.
Haven't exercised yet.....decided to watch BL and now have to go finalize details on our new truck...I will do it though, weigh in is tomorrow.

E-Ultimate cardio body dvd (Bob Harper), did about a half hour...worked up a wicked sweat but doing all the leg work and arms after my cardio class....KILLER.
