Hope you are having a good time :) The eats that were recorded look really good! I LOVE subway! I think there are some great choices there.
 
O.k. well if you re check the food, not as good as pre planned. I am happy to say with the exercise I ended up maintaining.

We enjoyed the trip so much. Kids did NOT expect a thing, totally got them. They enjoyed he museum.

So back to the grind today!
 
B-2 multigrain w. jam, kiwi, yogurt
s-banana
D-Blue menu shrimp and w.w. penne pasta meal..it was eh..
s-cantaloupe, green tea
S-chicken and broccoli stir fry
s-some chips and then popcorn..probably too much but I was soooooooo hungry!
W-2L
E-30min. BL on the wii, 30min treadmill
 
oh and got my nose pierced..kinda on a whim...lol..my oldest was going to get hers done too but they didn't do anyone 16 and under even with parental permission.

wow!! nice i always wanted a nose piercing - but i was talked out of it!! i m sure you look coool :)

Food - your food looks good :party: - apart from the after dinner snack - for me evening calories stay with me - as i dont have the chance to work it off.

I posted a pic on FB, has lots of comments, all good ones. I like it not sure how cool I look...lol. A friend of mine said she always wanted one but thought she was too old, she's a day younger than me!! I figure if I had it done at 25yrs old, I'd still have it now at 34, so why not now? AND my Mom didn't say a thing..(she always does, she's a pessimist and EVERYTHING is bad or not necessary etc. ~ main reason she hasn't seen my latest tattoos). It's the tongue piercings that scare me.

Feeling pretty good today.
Last day of March break, so baths and early bedtimes tonight for all....cause I'm gonna need it..lol.
Looking forward to doing my BL tomorrow, gotta up my exercise, just don't know what I feel like doing.
 
Can't seem to shake the 212's. I get there and go up, just to struggle back down....

E-BL 35min/jog 1km...yup I jogged. I'm going to start off slow, maybe make it a Monday thing. I'm a lot heavier than when I jogged before and I live in Hilltown....literally..I can't go in any direction without going up 1,2,3 hills!!
2hr walk with the family.....a family stroll.....

I obviously need to up my exercise but I don't want to do so much that it's taking over or it's so much that I can't fit it in on busy days...

Gotta get to it this morning..might have to go into my oldests drama class today to record a play..she's not 100% on the day, so it might be short notice!
 
K, the play isn't til Friday at 2pm, so no missed exercises!
Jogging was harder than I remembered......gonna aim for once a week, unless I get the urge...too darn "hilly" here.

I was going thru withdrawl..for some reason I couldn't get on here, said the link was broken, 2nd time it's happened..glad it's working now!
 
back from a 2hr walk with the family....well, we did end up going for a mini drive while Danny test drove a friends truck. It got cold, we're supposed to get snow tonight....

Every little bit helps......
 
Nice that you could still go to the gym :) As for spaghetti squash I cut it in half and put it in a pan and added some water but it ended up being too watery. I might have put in too much water to be honest.

There are lots of ways to do it online but I think I will try just putting it in whole next time. Update on how you ended up doing it and whether you liked it! Sorry I couldn't be more help. I hope my next spaghetti squash experience is better but I did end up liking the taste of it.

run & hilly - i know - i live up on a hill too - there s no way i could run here - well i s'pose i cd g down to the beach - i m just not a runner.

Food: i ll send you a website in a pm - its amazing for food - i use it all the time - food is yummy & healthy!! oh and quick to prepare.

I haven't tried the squash yet but am thinking I might! I'll let you know how it goes when I do.

The school has a running club that I usually join, so I'm hoping I can do it again....
