And thank you Lilia for visiting, I hope my period comes before friday so my weigh in will be better... I know silly!
Was a good day overall, very good class, the teacher actually told me I was doing something right twice (and I was the only one getting it quite right both times). She also critiqued my tummy muscles and their general lack of strength, me and the muscles will work on that. I like being critiqued (though I gotta say I like praise better!).
Food log:
Breakfast: yoghurt and muesli
Lunch: 1 chicken breast (though not a whole one, maybe 3/4s of one) in spice tomato sauce, 1 cup of rice
Dinner: 1 mug of soup, veggies stor fry with 1 egg
Snacks: a lot of cookies (at least 450 cals), 1 banana, small portion of choc
Overall I am guessing in the 1700 cal region
Exercise:
45 minute walk with baby in sling
90 minutes jazz dance
