And I pretty much have lost it since november. I had already lost 5 just by being a little mor active by the time i got my wii fit in October and started weight loss and excersize for the first time in my life! for about a month or so i kept bounching back and forth between 5-10 lbs of loss... it wasn't until later in Novermeber when i started calorie counting and keeping a food diary that i REALLY got some results!
I love excersize, It's the only thing I really get to do just for me :D


I started in Oct and quit at the beginning of Nov.. after seeing everyones numbers I wonder what I could have been if I didn't give up last time.. but the last 7-8 weeks I've been doing great the challenge really helped me stick to my new lifestyle!! I have considered counting calories but still have committed to that.. I want to teach my mind and body to eat healthy first!! Well you've done great!! You'll have a 30lbs loss before you know it!!!!

You probably would have gotten pretty far... I find at the time it doesn't seem like much, a pound, a pound and a half a week, doesnt seem like it would get you very far but here i am 3-4 months later nearly down 30 pounds... it really adds up, and time flies FAST! Even if you only lost 1 pound a week thats a wopping 52 pounds a year! And in the scale of things whats a year? you know before your done even recouping from last christmas, its here again right? And at least by then you know it's embedded in your brain and maintaining should be no problem!
 
I'm a little on edge right now... i just found out that my breeder has no intention of registering the pup with the CKC (canadian Kennel Club)... which is a big deal to us... first off its illegal for Any breeder selling a dog as purebred must register the dog and provide the new owner with the registration certificate within six months of the date of sale. And she says well its just a peice of paper and CKC has little benifit... LIKE HELLO, yes its just a peice of paper but it's a legal obligation and i want that piece of paper! I'm not paying $2400.00 to own an unregistered dog!
so i have a feeling when she gets back to me shes going to tell me to go fuck myself (in kinder words) because she'll probably still be able to sell him easy even without papers...
It's kind of upsetting because i was excited to be getting him and already found myself attatched to his little picture... but thats a lot of money for an unregistered dog...
 
Your right that is way to much for an unregistered dog :svengo: I am on a waiting list to get my dog.
 
Yeah i might have to wait for an upcomming litter because so far my search isn't going to well...

Ugh today is not a good day...
I didn't get all my excersize I planned yesterday because I was so damn tired. I got a 20 minute walk because I HAVE TO walk my daughter to school and I got 15 minutes of strength just lifting a bit of weights and doing some jack knife situps for 15 minutes but thats it..
I was up very frequently AGAIN last night with a tossing and turning H...
I felt it a bit yesterday but today i have a scratchy soar throat. It seems everytime i dont get a decent nights sleep i get sick!
Then to top it off when i woke up this morning i suddenly felt a stream of wet but I obviously wasnt peeing... no, it was a stream of blood!:ack2: i've never had such a heavy period... but this is also my first time not taking birth control pills in a long time...
OH BTW sorry to those new commers to my diary if i'm a little graphic, others already know how verbal I am about the ongoings of my body lol
Anyway so first thing this morning i had to clean a nice stain off my bed... this is just not a good day... im going to try to get in at least an hour of excersize today on top of my daily walk to school but no gaurantees... I also have a lot of things in the house i need to catch up on after doing just about nothing yesterday so if i'm not napping i could really use the time to get some stuff done while its quiet around here...

awww. well I have seen your pics.. and I can really see a huge difference.. your doing amazing girly and I truly wish you the best on this awesome challenge.. you are doing so so good.. and how cute a 1.5 year old awww.., my son is 3.. arent' kids amazing a handful but amazing.. well take care and wish you the best:)
 
ALRIGHT! I have a new little boy bulldog that we are DEFINATELY getting... this time we covered everything, I got all the verification needed emailed to me and were ready to go! he's a little farther away and a little bit more and we have to have him shipped to us from montreal, but at least were getting what we want! And after speaking over the phone they definately know what theyre talking about! they were so patient and willing to answer all of our questions i feel so much better with this breeder... I'm waiting on a few more pictures but heres one I have right now.

Thanks! I think i'm fianly seeing the difference too... especially after being faced with a few pictures i never knew existed recently... normally I would be embarrassed but now i'm just so proud I don't look like that anymore... I'm not even really ashamed that i let myself get that way...
Kids really are amazing... always amazed with the new things they do just about every sinlge day! I don't even know where they pick up a lot of the stuff!
 
So I totally just about slacked off for another day and honestly there really is no excuse i did get more sleep last night then i have been and though i still feel a little congested, i'm fine... it was a quick second change i was like ahh i'll do it tomorrow then i was like F*** it... no excuses fat ass get up!
so i did 30 minutes of this jillian micheals 30 day shred dvd that Cirella told me about... Now i usually sweat harder after a few days off, But DAAAMMM... It was just POURING off of me...
I havent weighed myself in a couple days and i'm not sure im looking forward to it since there was little excersize (even though Ive been eating less), And My period always has an effect... but as i'm about to jump in the shower, I have a hard time resisting when i'm in the bathroom and already naked lol... maybe by Gods good grace i'll be down :biggrinjester: lol not likely
 
some one must like me because i just stepped onto the scale at 191.00... quite bizarr for being on my period and just finishing a heavier lunch of left over spaghetti... but hey I'm not one to argue :p
better go change my ticker :leaving:

I did like it... I dont like spending more then 30 minutes on any one excersize activity and it rocked those 30 minutes... my legs even feel weak going down the stairs lol... I hate to find out what level 2 is like :S. when are you supposed to do levels 2 and 3 anyway? when level 1 gets easy? maybe i should look more into the dvd...
I didn't get a look at the 10 minute trainer yet... its a huge file and i didnt realize that i had Utorrent off because i restarted my computer.

HAHAHA you should see me after my step aerobics... i like to do stepping to the beat of up beat music... and of course i'm mixing in some dance moves to my girl power music from britney spears LOL... I'm a closet spears fan at times lol anyway afterward im dancing around the house and up to my shower and in my shower and getting dressed and comming down the stairs lol... if god makes you watch a highlight reel of your life when you die, i hope thats not in there lol...
She is crazy... she's not even here and im afraid shes going to kick my ass if i stop! I forgive her though because we almost share a last name... Mine is Michael hers is Michaels... were practiacally related :p... she sure does cary my Micheal sides attitude anyway lol
sigh... i need a nap after that work out...

Yes I beleive once the first work out gets to easy...All the biggest loser stuff has 3 levels:)Also the Biggest Loser Yoga might be good to for you to look into later on once you get your yoga down:)

And when you are ready to upgrade from Beyond Basics if ya want I can tell ya acpl of the yoga dvds I transitioned too:)

The 10 min trainer is hard if you think Jillian is hard try the 10 min ones...I huff an dpuff like ya wouldnt believe while doing them and remember I go to boot camo:)LOL, These work outs are hand in hand, I actually think the 10 min trainer is harder than boot camp, more advance moves, im gonna eamail the boot camp instructor and ask her if she wants to look at them for new material:)

Im gonna try to do the 10 min trainer fo r30 mins in the am and then 30 Day Shred in the evenings.See if i survive and if i do I will get in gret shape fast.

I dont need to pay hundreds of dollars a month for boot cmap any more I have them in my house!
 
oh guys the front of my thighs are killing today... i knew they would be since even by bed time my legs still felt weak trying to cary myself down stairs or to sit. i can feel it in other places, my butt, my chest but my legs ugh... they really ache...
got that baby shower tomorrow afternoon... cant wait to see everybody! i have to go out today and get some things to get her as a gift so i get to actually leave my house today too lol
its going to be a good weekend and i'm sure the next 2 weeks will go by fast and then my baby bull will be here! :hurray: so exceited... he is going to be the best birthday gift EVER
 
I've been reading here a bit and I just wanted to say - besides the fact that you're doing really well with the weightloss, which is great! - its really, really good to see random people in the world who go about getting a dog the right way rather than a pet shop! :) He's adorable and I'm jealous! :)

Thanks! IMO getting a dog should be as big a deal as adding a baby to the family. And i dont necessarily think a pet shop or a even a pound is a bad way to go... but it is important to know what your getting... and what your getting into... I actually kind of feel bad that im spending 2500 plus shipping on a dog when there are plenty of free/cheaper dogs that could use a home... but If this is going to be a life long thing, for me it's got to be the kind of dog i want and my family needs... a bulldog isn't just great looking, they have just the right temperment and a nice low energy level thats perfect for our little ones and our somewhat cramped house... lol as you can see a lot of thought goes into it lol
 
yeahhh.... animal shelters make me soooo sad... someday i want to be able to start fostering animals... you know... giving them a loving happy home... even though its only temporary at least the animal will have a point in life when they were truly loved... i dont know... thats always how i think of it when one of the farm animals gets sold/dies D: i just say they had people who truly cared for them... their live does have a meaning... haha now ive sorta lost my point...

personally i would like to see all mutts spayed/neutered... too many unwanted animals in the world... idk idk... hahah i also went through a phase where i wanted to be the president just sooo i could enforce a mandatory fence law... sooo peoples pets could stay off roads... LOL. good idea but a bit unrealistic... but heck! 20 pounds in 6 weeks... how realistic is that?! and it just happened to me. =D
