199 And Counting Down... Cassy's New Story

well i just had my first pig out session in like at the very least 3 months... we ordered dominoes pizza, and though i opted for a veggie pizza ive also had like 4.5 slices, 3 wings and 2 pieces of cheezey bread It was almost liberating, but i do feel a little guilty.
Even though i havent consumed over 2000 calories in several months or 1800 in the last month.. and know that once in a very little while is no big deal, i almost feel like i've commited an ultimate sin lol...
to top it off I didnt excersize at all today. not only did i not excersize, but i spent most of the day sulking on the couch after my day out with my friend was cancelled apparently due to food poisoning... I rarely get to even leave my house let alone actually go out with a friend and i had been looking forward to it for weeks so i was quite dissapointed...
so yeah lots of food and barely any movement :S. I'm still barely reaching 2000 calories today... 200 above my current goal but still below maintenence, but i can pretty much gaurantee ill have at least another peice before bed... it's sad to say that i cant say i wont... but i also know if i dont eat it tonight ill just eat it tomorrow which will lead to another crappy day. maybe ill get some walking and yoga in tonight so i dont feel so bad...
I do know im going to have to get in some seriouse work this comming week and ill probably try to keep my calories as low as possible tomorrow to try to blance it out a bit... all in all it probably isnt worth the work lol but oh well :p

Well i'm hoping to get a good start on the challange today... I'm going to be jumping on the treadmill to work on my runnning for 30 minutes in a little bit. Right after lunch, as always, i have to walk my daughter to school then this afternoon I think ill do a yoga dvd and some step aerobics. MAYBE if i still have some get up and go after dinner, ill go for a 30 minute walk on the treadmill...
Kept my calories pretty low yesterday, to the best of my knowledge it was around 1475. I ate at my dads house so im not 100% sure but i did give some slack on everything just in case lol... hoping that helps balance out saturday... ill probably try to keep em on the lower side today also but we'll see.
 
Well hey there Cassy.. I haven't stopped by your diary before but the challenge is getting me out to meet new ppl :) Anyways You've done great so far!! Have you lost 27lbs since November?? If so thats awesome!! And it seems like your off to a great start with the exercise! I need to get my lazy butt up and do some.. lol

And I pretty much have lost it since november. I had already lost 5 just by being a little mor active by the time i got my wii fit in October and started weight loss and excersize for the first time in my life! for about a month or so i kept bounching back and forth between 5-10 lbs of loss... it wasn't until later in Novermeber when i started calorie counting and keeping a food diary that i REALLY got some results!
I love excersize, It's the only thing I really get to do just for me :D

lol I'm sure my old journal was a lot more interesting... well the new years part probably was :eek:... I love wii fit if for nothing more then getting me started on this journey.:hurray: But It's definately still a usefull tool a few days a week to help mix up my routine!

well I don't really have a goal... I guess if it were a pound a week that would put me at 187... i did set a goal to lose 10 lbs in one month where i have about two weeks to go and i still have 7 lbs to go due to a stall i had recently with some hormonal changes... so im not sure ill make it but it would be nice to accomplish it anyway :)

oh gosh... i forgot... =T yeah TOM will be interferring with me again right at the end of the challenge... -___-" but hmmm i think my major problem atm is fiber... i just cant get enough of it... and i dont know what to do lol... its soooo hard... im about to look into fiber supplements a bit more seriously.

hehe btw i am trying out the whole torrent thing =D we will see!

I've never really had a problem with TOM... i stalled for a couple days but it was to be expected... my problem was that i've been on birth controll pills since i was 14 and decided recently i dont want to take them anymore and when i hit my ovulation period i stalled then gained 3.5 lbs... i was freaking out until i spent an entire morning peeing every 10 minutes and by the next day i had been back down plus some.
fibers good... i find that not going to the bathroom regularily contributes to extra pounds on the scale plus your stomache rounds out more and it just isnt good for the sysem. replacing lunches and snacks with salads i find helps out with clearing the system not to mention salads are filling and can help you keep the calories low. LOVE salads with a good low calorie dressing! Right now my fave is sundried tomato with 15 cals per TBSP SOOO much flavour
