very well done on your awesome weight loss so far you must feel absolutely amaaazing. just double/triple QUADRUPLE that feeling and it will be how you feel when you rech your goals if you continue with this journey. which im sure you will do cos you seem to have a lot of willpower :D

...It's almost 3 O'Clock in the Morning! I need to sleep. I'll be soo exhausted by tomorrow night and then I have to work tomorrow (Sunday now, 12-8).

Ah, I have such a hard time getting in 8 hours of sleep! Usually it's around 4-6, I hate sleeping at night. I don't get any more hungry than usual either, which sounds like you too. :p

Everything went well today. I am very happy. What fun it can actually be. Work was so so. My co-worker was ill so I was left to close with no releif (as posted before Water = Urine..) and I am now very tired and I just want to go to bed.

I was posting early this morning around 1-3 AM. After I got off of the computer, finally.... I went to shut my window. When I shut it and turned a FROG jumped across the floor. I had made the big mistake of keeping the screen off when I'm smoking and the darn frog had jumped in. I tried to catch him and I finally trapped him (being as courageous as possible [I hate frogs]) and ran upstairs to get someone to "fix the situation" I try and wake up my hero (dad, always there to recuse me lol) and the conversation goes as follows:

"Dad....Dad...."
"*stretches around* huh?"
"Dad, I need your help a frog jumped on through my window"
"hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm"
"Dad I need you to help me get it"
"Just close it and wait till tomorrow"
"What if it jumps on my bed and in my mouth when I'm sleeping...DAD I CAN'T SLEEP DOWN THERE NOW!"
"Why, you're not sleeping in the window....how would it get in your mouth?"
"What? What?....What do you mean?"
"The Puke...."

MOM WAKES UP :mad:

"Dad....what puke?"
"The puke, why did you puke in the window anyway....?"
"I didn't puke in the window....!"

AT THIS POINT WE'RE ALL TALKING NORMALLY CAUSE EVERYONE IS AWAKE

"Dad, NO! I said there is a frog in my room....it jumped through my window"
"So? Catch it?"
"DAD!!!! I can't...that's why you're going to help me. I've trapped him...we just need to get him back to the window and outside"
"Well, I don't want to"

MOM: "Jessica.....go FU**ING catch it or find someone else....WE don't care"

"You guys suck!.... I'll see you in the morning"

I spend the night on the couch...I made my brother catch it this morning.
Oh speaking of this morning. I definitely had to wake up at 8 AM. MY LIFE IS SO FAST PACED. Today seriously feels like I was hit with an axe. 10 times maybe???

I had cake....ended up throwing all of the icing out...looked nice...too SWEET. It's actually funny considering I would have been all over that icing like....something crazy.
However...I almost gagged.

Lots of veggies....Water...
Oh and Cheese' I love cheese!


I guess that's all. For now anyway.



P.S. The Frog was still under the clothes I had trapped him in.
I am impressed.

Thank you soo much Curvie! I'm definitely going to be watching you too! Thanks, I try to be as positive and motivated as possible. It's definitely something that is key. You can't expect to lose anyway weight by cheating on your diet and not doing a lick of exercise. Only The Cool People Get It....!!!!!


It's is very much a lifestyle change. You need to tune out fast food...you need to try and eat healthy, get motivated and get exercising!! You would be surprised how fast you'll see results when you start living for the better and training your self to say "No thank you" when someone offers you some of there sweetest, tastiest treat. Once you find your happy medium and you're seeing results...you'll a) not want to stop dieting and b) you'll be living much healthier and you'll have no problem with commitment. It's at least how I see things anyway.

My belly button area is down 2.5 Inches. It's 44 now. YAY!

Work sucked today....SOOO TIRED...Shocking, lol...

I should complain, I have a great job hahah.

Gonna go to sleep early tonight, most likely anyway. No frogs last night, I'm happy about that.

I should go for a walk tonight.

I feel so healthy right now. Everything is smaller....I have way more energy and I'm actually anxious for this weeks weigh in. It's the start of the May Challenge and I'm totally stoked. I need a scale. I will most likely just go down to my uncles and visit....go to the bathroom and weigh myself hahaha. It's digital and newer so it'll be right lol.
I'm now entering the 230's for sure....as I know I've lost a couple more pounds since last Thursday. I can't wait for the 220's! Hopefully I'll be there by the middle to end of May.

I'm thinking my Goals will have 2 stages.
Right now....I'm striving for 170...
I'm most likely then going to try to get to 155....When I do this I'll also be stabilizing my diet and increasing my exercise to tone everything...
I need to go for a 2 mile walk today.
I think tho, before I start I'm going to figure out the exact distance in miles it is from Napanee Ontario - London Ontario. So I can start keeping track and hopefully I will have walked to London...before I move to London.
This is an exciting idea. I'll post the official miles and status updates, here in my journal. COOL!
 
249.34 miles from Napanee to London Ontario.

If I walk 1.50 miles every day, I can be there in 166 days.

I move in 100 ish days.

If I walk 2.50 miles every day, I can be there in 99 days.

This is my new trip. I always find time to go on the treadmill everyday.

How fast do I have have to go to walk 2.50 miles in 1 hour total.

Lets think here. 2.5 HAHAHAHA

I don't think I'll be walking THAT slow. But it's an interesting thought.


Okay. So I wrote that a while ago. Went for my 2.5 miles walk. 45 minutes average speed 3.2 mph.

After that I started drawing a map and doing calculations. If I stick to this i can be in Toronto Ontario by June 25th and in London by August 7th.


It's a big thing I'm putting up by the treadmill to show my progress. Exciting. I need water haha.

Hello young lady :) I have weak spot for over-weight teens taking charge of their lives. You'll be so glad you did this now and not wait till much later in life - it can only get harder (to lose) not to mention you'll miss out on so many good social years and events.

Stay disciplined and drive it like ya stole it !!

Hey! it looks like you are doing great. You are such a positive person...its infectious :)

I would love to see how you look now, and if you have pictures from when you were 15lbs heavier, you could post those too (if you'd like) :) or you might want to wait a little longer before posting before and after shots. Lol I am a very impatient person so I take before and after pictures waaay too often, when there isnt much of a difference. I wish I had a better before picture, though. I reallly tried to hide from cameras back then.
