Today I went for a walk for 45 min at the lake.

I made some chicken breast in the slow cooker yesterday. After I eat them, I’ll move to a more plant based diet. Mostly I want to incorporate more dark, leafy greens. And I’m drinking more water.

Finally back in the 130s.

I think I will do some YouTube videos later today.
