There has to be a point when intelligence says doing that while your body is telling you standing up is too much effort is a bad idea.
Get the weekend to recover, sort of.
Consistency like this is not ideal when looking for improvement but in fairness there were a couple of take away meals in there, so I deserved far worse.

One thing I am going to need to invest in is something to stop chaffing. Building up to be prettier for the better half has it's cost. The arms she likes seeing return are rubbing against my lats and vest and the top of my inside legs are rubbing like heck. I don't think walking like John Wayne getting off a horse is a good look. I don't notice it much while I am running, used to blocking things out, but afterward I feel like someone has rubbed chilli into my skin in those areas.
I don't know if you, Tom or Jeny for that matter have any suggestions. Summer is approaching which means the sweating mess makes an appearance a bit earlier in the run and I will be chaffing even longer.
Being female, no underwear works well for me, most men, not so much.
