OK, I Decided I'm Going To Cut

Right around 16" last time I measured. I've found It depends on how long I wait between working out and measuring. I guess I stay a little pumped for hours. If it's my day off they might be 15 3/4" If i just lifted a couple hours ago they might be close to 16 1/4" I haven't measured them at full pump for a long time

...no, come to think of it, since I lost this last little bit of BF, take about 1/4 inch off those numbers. I'm pretty sure it was at least mostly a layer of fat.

I never had much of a protruding belly, I was the kind of guy that had an almost even layer of fat all over so my arms did technically lose some size. My biggest bicep reading ever was 16 3/4, but I weighed over 220 (and my 38" pants were getting snug, I wear 32s now)

That pic was at my Dad's 60th birthday party on Saturday. I brought my little cooler of food and there were some people there who are not used to my antics. I got some weird looks:jump1:

Gooch there's only one man on this forum with a 16" 3rd arm/leg and yes that maybe you.

BUT

There's also one man with a 26" 3rd arm and thats me ;)

Alright, same pose as last time. I've gone through a short bulk and cut cycle (gained about 6 lbs, then cut back to where I started) I think I see a little more ab definition, even though it's a lower quality pic (cell phone pic)

Nice work! You definitely don't look like your typical 5k or 10k scrawny runner...
