damn gooch nice job.

I wish I could just shed my friggin love handles. Yours look like they melted away quickly.

That was really my problem area. My stomach was flat, but I still lost another pants size in love handles.

I'm proud to be lean (getting even leaner) and pasty:)

I don't really have much interest in being tan even if I tanned well.

thats totally where I'm at. I need to get my BF down a bit more as well. I'll get there. I just have to learn patience. My results have not happened as quickly as yours though.

But I tan beeeeaaatch!!!! LOL Mostly from being on the boat in the summer.

That is some nice job TheGOOCH!

I am always amazed at how men (I guess some women do it also...) Bulk and Cut, and the results that come from this regimen. I was wondering if that could be unhealthy in some ways...

IMO you dont need to cut, you need to hit the iron and eat!!! if you fill out and sighten up, you will be happy!!
 
LOL, I'm not interested in a BB physique. More power to those who are, it's just not for me.

Plus I do hit the iron and I do eat! 4000 calories/day as it is. I have a very fast metabolism

Looking good gooch, whats your weekly routine when it comes to weights and cardio

3 days lifting, 3 days of 60 min cardio (and lately I've been running for cardio and trying to work out a tight IT band before I try a really long run)

My lifting is super simple
Day A
Squat
Bench
Rows

Day B
Deads
Pull Ups
Military Press (standing)

I alternate ABA BAB and so on

NBS and Phate,

I use a higher rep range than most on this site I think.

I do 4 sets for all exercises. When starting a new weight I want to be able to get 12 reps on my first set then taper off for the rest. It might be 12, 10, 8, 6. Then in the following weeks I work on increasing the reps for sets 2-4. When I can get 12 reps for all 4 sets it's time to move up again

As far as pull ups I was doing them weighted until I realized how much I was swinging and using my momentum. I found if I used strict form, bodyweight was enough for my rep ranges. Eventually I'll get up to using the belt again.
