Ab wheel is probably for beginners that never have worked out before or do not have any core strength yet. I should try it myself and see if its easy or not. I have done a roll out on the stability ball before and its pretty tough.
Yes. Personally I use an olympic bar with some weights at the end.

OK- So, I got an ab wheel today, "ironman" brand sold me. what a sucker!
I can stretch it out no problem, and i did 3 sets of 15. It seems toooo easy.

I have a question. Instead of buying an ab wheel, why wouldnt a dumbell work just as good?
Then you'd have to buy the dumbells.
2 sets of 15 is nothing... not to be challenging you but I do well over a hundred on mine and it starts to kill and gets things burning like crazy... I say you have to up it. I can do 3 sets of 15 dumbbell bench with 10 lbs like cake... doesn't mean that dumbbell bench is crap.
