So this is your first week of your new bulk eh? Did you just get done cutting off some of that fat that you gained during your last bulk?

Sounds like you have a good plan man, good job!

I was able to cut off 1-2lbs of fat from my short cut, and now when i flex i can see a 4 pack, though there is still a layer of fat covering it.

Can you post weight used?

Yea, I will from now on, though the most amount of weight i have atm is 115lbs. On most of my exercises I'm doing fine with these weights, and its enough to stimulate. Though I do need to up the weight on Squats/deadlift, since you can see I stick to high rep ranges. I don't think I'll be able to get a squat rack anytime soon, so I am clueless as to when I put more weights on the squats as to how I'm going to be able to clean it over my shoulders without it crashing down on me.

Had to cut this session a bit short, couldn't do the dips or curls i had planned, might be able to finish it later tonight.
On my bench, got a bit dangerous on my last several reps on the last set. One of the pillows slipped from under my back and the bar became lopsided and since i was pretty taxed, took a while to get it back up.

20mins of cardio

did cardio when i had a runny nose/cold, not sure that was a good idea especially when i was sweating hard and breathing in alot of cold air in the garage, which after when i was done my nose hurt and my head felt weird. meh.

My goal was to get 4x8 this session, but i couldn't get past 6 reps on the third set so +0 reps, same as last session.

Goal was to do 4x6, instead of just going to failure like i used to, where i went 12 pull ups on my first session, im gonna try to do them in steady sets with good form. When i went to failure, even though i got higher reps my form was worse and the last several reps i would not go full ROM and would use momentum alot.

Goal was to hit 4x9, couldn't get the last rep in but still managed to make progress with the dips.

I was messing around, and wanted to see if i can add +20lbs to my curl, i was suprised and could actually do the first several reps with good form, but the last few reps i couldn't go full ROM and had to use the back.

Weighed in around 152, not really too bent on weight as long as my lifts go up. But i've been around this weight for a long time now, and even though i've been eating more ( i think ) i've still been hovering around this weight for a long time now. I haven't counted calories strictly for a while now, and just try to eat more. I'll try to eat more and if my weight still is the same i'll have to start paying more attention to calories, but i dont want to set weight targets personally because that will lead to fat gain.
