Ran about a mile and half with plenty of hills and crap.
First time doing a real superset, trying to hit the biceps harder and force them to grow. Though I don't think it was a good idea to have my SS as the last exercise, by the time i got to it, i struggled with my chins, and could only do 50% ROM, the curls were more intense and harder as well, and had to use my back to finish the set. Next time, I'll put the SS in the beginning of a session instead of the end. Though I also can't expect to do pull ups and chins in one session and expect to do with complete effort..
First time I ran outside in a long time, was quite an experience. I haven't seen the stars in so long, was nice to jog on the empty dark streets looking up at the sky. There were plenty of hills, so i was sweatin with my chest pounding and my sides hurtin. When I was half way done with my run I come upon this house, and i can hear this REALLY loud rave/techno music, so i was like cool, someones throwing a party. I get closer to the house, slow down and hop unto the fence to poke my head over to see whats going on, and i see a whole bunch of people in their late 20's early 30's dancing to rave , having a pool party, BBQ. I was like DAMNIt, why can't i have friends like that...then i got home...now i'm off to take a nice long hot shower in the dark pondering over my day while listening to some trance.
