Arms gave up half way through the last rep, right side of the weights/bar started falling straight for my forehead and this was all happening in slow motion for me, an inch before it was able to land on my forehead i found the energy to push it off, it still hit my head but only hurt for a little bit, not as bad as it would have been if it went straight down on my forehead at full speed.

Ran about a mile and half with plenty of hills and crap.
First time doing a real superset, trying to hit the biceps harder and force them to grow. Though I don't think it was a good idea to have my SS as the last exercise, by the time i got to it, i struggled with my chins, and could only do 50% ROM, the curls were more intense and harder as well, and had to use my back to finish the set. Next time, I'll put the SS in the beginning of a session instead of the end. Though I also can't expect to do pull ups and chins in one session and expect to do with complete effort..

First time I ran outside in a long time, was quite an experience. I haven't seen the stars in so long, was nice to jog on the empty dark streets looking up at the sky. There were plenty of hills, so i was sweatin with my chest pounding and my sides hurtin. When I was half way done with my run I come upon this house, and i can hear this REALLY loud rave/techno music, so i was like cool, someones throwing a party. I get closer to the house, slow down and hop unto the fence to poke my head over to see whats going on, and i see a whole bunch of people in their late 20's early 30's dancing to rave , having a pool party, BBQ. I was like DAMNIt, why can't i have friends like that...then i got home...now i'm off to take a nice long hot shower in the dark pondering over my day while listening to some trance.
 
haha, dont your friends party? Maybe you should have just started gnashing with them

HA, my friend's version of a party = Hanging out with friends, some music, drinks, basically a lame house party.

I'm the type of guy that wants to go clubbin and ravin :). I should have just knocked on the front door, in my sweaty shorts and jacket and ask if i could join the party :D

Thoughts:
Was really hoping to reach my 4x9 goal this session, but didn't happen.
On the BO row i had the palms facing me, felt it more in the bi's and less in the back, and where i did feel it in the back i felt it more in the mid/lower back.
Skull Crushers wasn't as intense as they used to be, gonna try adding 10lbs next session

good workout.
 
what's up Phate? You are in your last year of high school right? Are you enjoying it?

It's mediocre, same thing everyday. Class + talk to some friends + study during lunch. Looking forward to graduate, high school is over rated and I hate the crowd.

Did some cardio around these hills, might do a jump skipping session later tonight and burn some more of that pumpkin pie....
 
that running and cardio is going to make it so you not only have a good looking body, but a useable one.,

nothing better than being able to step up to the plate at any given time, regtardless of the game.

did another lap around the hills. Its interesting the stuff you see when you jog at night. Saw a couple parties, saw the popo crashing another party, saw a street race too hehe

workout wise, abs are getting strong..and its not very comfortable doing half sit ups with 50lbs on your chest...need to start finding alternates.
