Well, its been a good 2 days since i've been to the gym and i've had 48 hours rest, and suprisingly my ENTIRE back is still sore as hell. Because of this, i'm just going to do the upper body session i was supposed to do today tommorow , then my second lower body on sunday, crammed side to side. I thought that I could actually continue doing my upper body session today, but even the back of my shoulders are somewhat sore, so that would hinder my military press, pullups/chins, bent over row, etc.
I was actually suprised that I'd be THIS sore just from 2-3 exercises. I didn't realize adding 50lbs to Deadlifts at the gym, instead of doing higher reps like i usually do would shock my body this bad. And doing that along with a few bent over rows.
Which makes me come to think that, if my back gets this much of a shock from heavy deads, maybe my lower weight/higher rep RDL"s are useless?
Either way, I am somewhat sick today and wouldn't be able to give the session my max, I will probably do some cardio later tonight.
