Yesterday was a good day, ate well, exercised, and I feel good this morning. I got 2 hours and 10 min in at the gym, it felt good to be back. All leg exercises and aerobics, no shoulder anythings. However the doctor's visit was a complete bust. We had a wind storm, but it wasn't too bad here. Unfortunately the doctor is in Ogden and I did not know it was much worse there. I managed to get through Ogden, trees down everywhere, lots of debris in the streets, and the traffic lights were out. It took a long time to get to the doctor's office and when I got there the clinic was closed, no power. Even their sign had been damaged with pieces of it in the street. See ‘It looks like a war zone’: Destructive winds wreak havoc in northern Utah I did finally manage to get to someone who rescheduled me to Friday.
Saw this advertisement, thought y'all might appreciate it. Unfortunately I don't think it is still available, however we do have a lot of new and equally effective products today.

It will be good to hear from the doctor, when and if I can. Yes it has been a much better peach year for me personally than I expected. However the farmer got very few to sell, only 4 bushels, he can get 100 in a good year.Good to get the docs opinion Rob . You had a good run at the peaches
Yes, and right now knowing we have only maybe a week left makes them particularly good. Will have to go easy at the gym for a couple more days...I bet the peaches taste all the better for knowing they're not always available. Fingers crossed for the doctor and please don't overdo it at the gym!
