Monday: 1,850
Tuesday: 1,850
Wednesday: 1,850
Thursday: 1,850
Friday: 4,000
Saturday: 3,200
Sunday: 1,850
I love your stats. I think you have done this so well, Rob. It's great for you to be able to see how Vee did it & that you know that what you are doing now should hold you in good stead for maintenance. He just stuck at through all the ups & downs. You are doing the same.
That sounds about right if you ask me: the average guy needs around 2500 kcal/day to maintain a normal weight without working out.

General government recommendation in all countries I know.Hmm, I've seen you mention this before. Where did you get this number from LaMa? It's too high. My REE is 1880 right now. Add on typical activity throughout the day and I'll burn about 2100-2200 calories.
Vee looks like he works out quite a bit. I do a lot right now and I get an afterburn effect too but my workouts are long and I keep my HR up throughout. That's where most of the fat loss is happening for me. My food quality and protein help too.
I didn't feel well today for the obvious reason that I ate about 6000 calories yesterday.

This is a well-known problem of mine and it relates to wanting to anesthetize myself for whatever reason. I'll just want to get out of my head or untie the knot my thoughts are tangled in and the shock of the food will put me into a different state of mind and my thinking relaxes for a bit. It comes back around the next day even worse though and I'll feel dazed throughout the day with poor cognitive function.
